I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

Check in went smoothly. Previous difficulties verifying pre-payment via Trip.com seem to have been resolved. It's clear that a lot of work has gone into making the hotel the best it can be as Dayana reads all the reviews personally. I have no experience of the food as I usually arrive quite late and leave early to travel onwards.

Very close to the town centre. The lack of parking is not really up to the hotel since it’s down to the location, however. I would have liked some sort of parking discount to nearby parking spaces. Good breakfast with a wide range despite being a “Budget” hotel. I was quite happy to see that.

I stay at the Jonas every few weeks when I’m in a Sheffield for work. It’s not fancy and the rooms are small, but they are clean and the location is great - close to the uni and hospital. Outside noise is hit and miss - it’s in the student halls of residence so it can be loud. But it’s great to have a kitchen available and the staff are very nice.

First time using this motel as needed somewhere to stay while visiting friends to arrange a funeral and is only a couple of miles away from their house and price was perfect. Its not trying to be something it isn't, the rooms are showing their age but the bedsheets and towels looked brand new. The bathroom again has aged but the shower was powerful and everthing served its purpose. Tea/coffee and a very clean kettle is supplied and there is a tv and electric radiator. Staff very helpful and the maids very curteous. I have already booked a room again for the aforementioned funeral as apart from price the check-in time is 14.00hrs which is perfect. I did not try the food as i had no need to so can't review it. All in all not a romantic weekend away place but great for stopovers and again if you want something better you will have to pay more for it.

Staff lovely and helpful, my room was clean and had essentials! I would and will be staying there again as I commute to work. Highly recommended this hotel!

There are free breakfasts like bread or cereal. You can use the kitchen to cook simple meal. The location is near tram station but located uphill. If you bring big baggage be careful of the slope. Rooms are basically clean but the shared facilities are used by all the guests. You can't expect they are always clean. Hosts are friendly that would help you when you need.
