I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a 170-day stay at the POP Hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel had a great ambience. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming demeanor helped make my stay as comfortable as it was. I am especially grateful for the assistance provided by Mr. Irwan Sunandri, who consistently went above and beyond to address any issues I faced throughout my entire stay. My heartfelt appreciation goes to him and the entire team at POP Hotel. Without their dedication, my prolonged stay would not have been as enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend POP Hotel to my friends and acquaintances. Should I have the opportunity to visit Indonesia again, I would surely choose to stay at POP Hotel again.

Room is cleaned every day 24 hours front desk and very friendly staff and security. The room was fine for me but if I was in a couple and we had lots of luggage it would be a problem. Very good price for the room. There are 2 laundries 1 minute walk away and they will wash dry and iron clothes for 10000 R a kilo. Lots of great food options great quality and bargains if you enjoy the local cuisine. I stayed on Jalan Jaksa 23 years ago the backpacking scene has long gone now and the 2 remaining tired back in the day hotels that remain are a similar price to this. The taste of Padang food and the smell of clove cigarettes, in the humid air mixed in with a sprinkle of city sewage and street food reignites memories I had long forgotten

Staff excellent. Breakfast food spread excellent. Sleep quality excellent. Cleanliness excellent. For business visit stays it is paradoxical. Place is nearer to office district but within the room there is hardly any place to sit and work. No place to keep your suitcases! The room is cosy but too small for free movement. If not for these I would have gladly given 5 star ratings to all aspects of this facility.

I ended up staying here 7 nights while in Jakarta. The location is perfect in a safe central area right near the station so no need for any taxi from the airport. The staff were good. The wifi and smart tv were nice and the rooms were clean. Only had a problem with no hot water in my first room and took them a while to get me into a new room! There is plenty of street food around too and Grand Indonesia, a great mall.

Stayed with family (wife and 2 young children) at Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta on the day of the holidays and took 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is on the 3rd floor of Seasons City Mall, we were given a room quite far from the lobby and we objected, then the room was replaced with the room near the lobby and was given an upgrade because I am a member of MySantika (Santika Important Person). The room we got was quite large and comfortable and clean. For breakfast, the menu was not too varied, but I think it is still reasonable because staying here is relatively affordable. Before check out time, we were informed through the room phone that we received the free late check out facility (because of the member), although we didn't use it because there was a next event. However, we would like to thank you for the good service of Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta.
