Eco Tree O'Tel

Everything is good but 1. The room is too small. Suite only for a couple & can't extra bed because of the space. 2. One of the room (no. 3), the sliding door can't close properly. The hook almost pull out from frame. 3. Not suitable for elderly except the rooms at level ground that can enter from backlane.
Komodo Lodge

We stayed in one of the 3 cute little cottages (room B3) with a little terrace overlooking the small garden. The room is spacious enough with a little working/desk area. A/C works okay, even though the small windows above the bay window aren't fully closing (see pictures) The bathroom is quite big however the hot water can run out at night and the pressure is poor. Overall , the room looks slightly old and the mattress is not very comfortable. Staff is super helpful and friendly (scooter rental and day trip booking available on-site) and once you climb to the restaurant at the top floor, you will be rewarded with a nice view of Labuan Bajo. Breakfast is decent, at least one new dish everyday.
Selini Hills

The property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀
Hotel Bonne Nuit

As a transitional hotel, it is generally very good. The location is close to the airport. It takes 10 minutes to walk there. There is a dirt road and you need to carry your luggage up the stairs (the staff will help you). The room is not small, and overall it is okay. There are many mosquitoes, so it is best to prepare it yourself. Mosquito coils. I didn’t take any photos of the hotel, so I’ll post some of the pier. By the way, go out and call a taxi driver.
Centro Bajo Hotel & Resto

The best hotel at a reasonable price. Looked at everything. Cheapest at trip.com. Location is not in the center, not close to the beach, but in the city you can't swim anywhere, everything is dirty. In any case, you need a scooter or a car. Good clean rooms, not new, correspond to their price, everything works. Well-designed air conditioning. At night it's quiet enough, comfortable beds. Sleep well. There's a teapot with a set of tea and coffee. There is no refrigerator in a cheap room, but without problems you can leave everything in the restaurant. Drinking water is free at any time. Breakfast is a good Swedish table. After lunch, fried bananas are offered free. In general, the choice of dishes is small, meat is not offered, but everything is delicious, not more expensive than any city cafe, and comfortable. Service in everything is excellent. Transfer to the airport is free.
Sindha Hotel

I was very impressed with the staff, all very helpful and accommodating. The room I stayed in was the standard room: large and spacious, and conducive for work. Hot water was boiling hot! And the room was very clean. The breakfast must not any grand affair but it was sufficient to get the day going. Despite being right in the heart of the town, the room was silent

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Just opposite the airport, the breakfast tastes good, this price can be booked a good value for money, about 8 minutes from the town to open the motorcycle, there is almost no place to charge in the room, only the TV, the TV can be charged, charging Can't watch TV, the bath water is hot to the skin, there are only two hangers in the room.
