Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

We stayed for two nights in the weekend. The staff is nice and available. The views of the mountains are very beautiful, the breakfast room and the bar are modern, the rooms have some touch of modern.Our bathroom was more ancient and the shower was so small, suitable only for weak as we. The rooms are little soundless. Breakfast is good, I would add the discharged marmalades rather than packed and avoid showing the fruit juices mark. dinner is simple but good to try at least once. As regards the final account, I would like to specify the items of what has been consumed so that we can be clearer, as we have always found in other hotels. Finally, the nearby road sometimes can disturb as well as the country's watches that sound early in the morning at 6:30 and we wake up. We wish you good continuation and recommend you to try it at least once.

Hotel located 600 metres from the railway station, in the centre. Excellent breakfast included in the price. There is useful information provided by the girl at the reception. Release for the stay period of the Trentino Guest Card that is useful for traveling on public means in Trentino and for the often free access to museums and attractions.

Profondamente delusa e scioccata da come sono stata trattata! Mai incontrato uno staff caratterizzato da così tanta antipatia e incompetenza! La struttura si trova in una zona - a dirla tutta- bruttina e poco sicura di Trento - per carità, è centralissima ma comunque circondata da persone alquanto discutibili - assolutamente sconsigliabile per donne che devono tornare a casa da sole durante le ore serali o notturne! Le camere sono okay anche se l’atmosfera non trasmette per niente allegria o serenità, essendoci pochissima luce del giorno durante le ore giornaliere. È una posizione poco tranquilla, e la struttura è veramente buia anche all’interno! Ma la cosa che mi ha scandalizzato di più è lo staff che si occupa dell’assegnazione delle camere: solo perché ho cancellato l’ultima notte della prenotazione (comunque ben 24 ore prima), la prossima volta che ho chiamato, loro facevano finta di non avere più stanze a disposizione, operando con menzogne e falsità, nonostante il b&b fosse quasi sempre vuoto quando c’ero io (essendo che ci andavo per affari e ci rimanevo per parecchie notti, vedendo di continuo che ci giravano pochissimi ospiti). Mi rispondevano in un modo brusco e maleducato, essendosi arrabbiati della notte che ho cancellato da loro. Anche la signora addetta alle pulizie poteva trattarmi con un po’ di più educazione e rispetto la mattina quando preparavano la colazione. A tratti non mi rispondeva, non mi guardava quando parlavo. Faceva finta di non sentire. Una volta mi ha buttato nell’immondizia le proteine abbastanza costose che avevo comprato e depositato per qualche giorno presso la struttura e non si era manco scusata per questo. In più è tutto self check-in e self check-out senza alcuna possibilità di poter mai parlare con qualcuno di persona! Funziona tutto esclusivamente in via telefonica. Ma fossero almeno simpatici ed onesti per mezzo elettronico… Veramente mi sono sentita zero a mio agio! Assolutamente sconsigliabile! Mi chiedo come persone con queste caratteristiche possano sul serio condurre una struttura che sarebbe orientata ad ospitare persone e farle sentire benvenute!

Ho soggiornato qui per due notti, in occasione di una breve vacanza ”culturale” in città. Zona meravigliosa, immersa nel verde, a due passi dal MUSE, ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Una parafarcia proprio sotto, ed altri servizi utili nei dintorni (caffè, ristiranti, ecc ...). Avevo prenotato una camera doppia ad uso singola, con bagno in comune. Camera stupenda, dotata di aria condizionata e di balcone con vista su Piedicastello (ho avuto modo di vedere i fuochi di San Vigilio direttamente dal balcone di camera mia, che meraviglia!). Pulizia davvero ottima, anche del bagno. Location super tranquilla e staff molto gentile. Prezzo economico. Colazione non inclusa, ma ci sono dei distributori automatici e tutto il necessario per prepararsi una bevanda calda (cosa che per me è stata ottima, non dovendo essere vincolata agli orari della colazione). Ottimo per godersi qualche giorno di pieno relax!!!

Perfect location on the Piazza del Duomo, steps from restaurants and shops. If you stay in the section overlooking the piazza, there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or a heavy suitcase. We were on the fourth floor which was quite a hike with luggage heavy with souvenirs! Being able to people-watch the hustle on the piazza around Neptune’s fountain, however, was wonderful. Our superior type room had beautiful modern amenities including a large fully-enclosed shower (a treat in Europe) and mini-fridge. The windows did a good job at blocking out any noise from the piazza. There is a nice breakfast buffet including cappuccino (even decaf!). There are a few temporary parking spots just to load/unload. They have a good deal with parking lot “Autosilo Buonconsiglio - P3” which is a 10 min walk from hotel
