Jakotel+ Namba offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant Kuromon Market and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel provides clean facilities, including a comfortable toilet and shower area, along with free sleepwear for added convenience. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and hassle-free, and they also offer free luggage storage before and after checkout, which is a great touch.
The only downside is the limited space in the locker area, which can be a bit tight, especially if you have large luggage and need to organize or adjust things. Despite this, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Osaka!

This is a japanese airBNB style hotel, room are really small with a futon style bed not very comfortable if your use to a full size bed and high end traveler, This is just a low class hotel 2 star or 1, no sink or bathroom in the room, there are common bath on the roof top where you can get soak in hot tub before shower, this is very common in Japan I guess. They provide coffee, tea, microwave in the common area. very easy to check in and check out, no towel provided you have to bring your owl otherwise you end up buy their 300yen small thin towel that been flaking. This is really a good experience in Japanese culture, I recommend to travel japan on not peak season as you can get better hotel price.

It was a relaxing stay in the Azu Garden Hotel, the location is very convenient and it is just a 5-minute to Dotonbori Area.
The room is quite small, yet they maximize the space it has a mini kitchen that has basic utensils (cup&saucer, electric kettle, mini fridge, sink with dishwashing soap and sponge). It has toiletries, air freshener and disinfectant.
Overall my stay was very comfortable and safe.

First experience in a capsule hotel. Pleasant, clean environment, with all basic amenities.
Only negative was that one of the front desk staff wasn’t very polite. Didn’t reply to anything I said.
All in all would stay again because staff friendliness isn’t make or break for me.

The location is very close to shopping street just crossing the road. There is a mart nearby easily to survive. But the host did not send a comfirmation on the day before checked in so I needed to ask for it which is a bit lack of comcerned. Overall is nice and good choice to stay.

PPICHEWA_I've visited Osaka countless times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of 3 nights.
Initially, I was prejudiced against this area as it seemed a bit intimidating, but after staying here, I realized it was actually quite peaceful and clean. I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Osaka.
The hotel is located a short walk from the station. There are multiple exits, and if you have heavy luggage, there are elevators available. A convenience store and vending machines are also nearby.
I arrived in Osaka early morning via night bus. Initially, I was going to ask the hotel if I could leave my luggage, but luckily, I was able to check into my room right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though their English had a Japanese accent. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information. (If you plan to arrive at the hotel before check-in time, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policy.)
My room was a single room of 11㎡, which is about 3x4 meters. I could fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor in the walkway.
The room had a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, mini-fridge, TV (which I didn't use), glasses, trash can, slippers, and towels. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable given the price and quality of the hotel. The desk was large enough for me to work on my laptop and still have space for my makeup and some snacks.
The bathroom was small but clean. It had a shower, bathtub, automatic toilet, and amenities like soap and shampoo.
The hotel's common area had several workspaces, which were sufficient for the number of guests. The hotel's internet was very fast, both in the room and in the common areas. If you're traveling for work, this hotel would be a great option.
The kitchen area was small but functional, with a microwave, electric stove, sink, and separate trash bins.
There was also a laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. I didn't use this service, but I think you can exchange coins at the hotel lobby.

One of the standout features of 3U Namba Minami is its convenient location, particularly its close proximity to the subway. This made navigating Osaka incredibly easy. Furthermore, its nearness to Shin-Imamiya Station is a significant advantage for travelers arriving from or departing to the airport, providing a direct and hassle-free connection.
While the bathrooms and toilets are shared facilities, I was consistently impressed by their cleanliness. Maintaining hygiene in shared spaces can be a challenge, but the management at 3U Namba Minami clearly prioritizes this, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
A particular highlight was the availability of Japanese toilets. The heated seats, in particular, were a delightful and much-appreciated touch, especially during the cooler evenings. This small detail truly elevated the overall comfort and convenience.
The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. I appreciated the ease and speed, allowing me to quickly settle in upon arrival and depart without any unnecessary delays.

GGuest UserThis is a good hotel located just above Namba station and a few minutes walk to Dotombori. We took the moderate twin room was which ideal for us as we needed more space. The service and facilities are limited as it is not a full service hotel but for the price it was good value for us. The in-house onsen and sauna was great and ideal after a day of trekking around Osaka. You pick up all your necessary amenities at the front lobby including yukatas. They do allow your bags to be left at the hotel now up to 10pm after checking out but it is at your own risk. You have to access the hotel entrance with your key card after 11pm. They don't provide water but you can get it from the Lawson around the corner, They don't provide meals - we recommend Tempura Makino (despite the queue!) and Komeda coffee above it for breakfast, just 100m away. Pro tip: If you arrive by subway or train and have luggage, use Exit 1 which has a lift, next to the Marui department store.

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed.
Let’s start with the positive aspects first:
The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy.
Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated.
Now, onto the things that bothered me:
First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant.
During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while.
That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well.
Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic.
Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm.
One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside.
I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

WWangHo TungHostel staff is very responsive and being polite to the guest. And the hostel is located nearby the accommodation area. it is a great places to get a rest from the hostel. Apart from that the hostel has a nice common area for guests.
But the hostel is quite far away from the metro station. It also requires 10 minutes.
