Sokcho Night Sky Glamping
4.5/52 Reviews
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sokcho Night Sky Glamping campsite, and it was a truly memorable experience. This was my first time glamping, and the facilities and location exceeded my expectations, making it a delightful getaway. The campsite is beautifully situated, offering a serene environment that is perfect for a peaceful retreat. The recent rain had left the surroundings looking especially lush and vibrant, adding to the charm of the place. The glamping tents were well-equipped and comfortable, providing a cozy and unique way to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. One of the highlights of the stay was the option to have a barbecue, which added to the overall experience. Cooking and dining outdoors under the stars was a wonderful way to spend the evening. However, there was a minor hiccup during our stay. A family staying nearby enjoyed karaoke until 11 PM, which made it a bit challenging to sleep. While it didn't entirely dampen our experience, it might be helpful if the campsite had quiet hours or guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Sokcho Night Sky Glamping to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique outdoor experience. The blend of nature, comfort, and well-maintained facilities makes it a great choice for both seasoned campers and first-timers like myself. I look forward to visiting again, perhaps with a bit more earplugs for a guaranteed restful night!
Hotel the Naksan

The advantage was that I could see the sea in the room. Recommended for those who visit the sea in ... room ^^ It's under construction next to the hotel. Please note. The room is small, so I can hear the inside and outside by the ... room door. I think you should be careful and considerate. The unmanned check-in machine is on at 3 o'clock. I was nervous because I was unmanned ...^^ㅋ The person in charge is at the entrance to the coffee shop on the first floor.

We stayed 2 nights, and the owners were really kind and friendly and invited us to sing and play Korean songs along with them and other families in the stage they have in the basement. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole trip in South Korea. The room and water were warm and well suited for the winter. They upgraded our room for free and there was so much space with sink, fridge, sofa and table included. The breakfast every morning is delicious and filling, preparing you well for a day of walking in the mountains. 설악산 was beautiful coated in the white snow. The location of the hotel is great too, as there is a frequent bus that takes you to the park in no time, as well as to the city when you first come or when you leave the last day. I hope I can come back again to visit the park during different seasons, and I will definitely would like to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for everything. Gracias, 감사합니다 😄
High Valley Hotel

I booked the High Valley Hotel for a conference at High One Resort. The motel was the facility that changed the name to the hotel, and the building was the highest in the neighborhood, so it was easy to find. Because it's summer, I closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. There are no mosquitoes in this community. It's cool. I can turn off the air conditioner and open the window to sleep. But the nets in the bathroom windows are torn, which is better if you repair them. The boss in the lobby kindly responded. There was a stream nearby, so it was good to walk in the morning.
Yangyang Hajodae Campingcar

We had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night. The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners. Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

This place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!
Sokcho Padosori Pension (Private Terrace)
4.5/515 Reviews
The Padasori Pension was all that I hoped it would be - quiet, comfortable and with a great sea vibe. The room was spacious for two people and the kitchen facilities enabled us to prepared evening meals if we wished to. It was close to convenience stores and within walking distance to the express bus terminal and Emart. The host, while not speaking English, was obliging and provided for all our needs. A busy lady cleaning all those rooms! The only issue for some people would be the small bath towels (which are quite common in Korea).

We had a great stay here! Our family of 5 needed a place to stay close to Legoland that met our sleeping needs and also didn’t cost an outrageous amount. This was affordable and slept us all comfortably and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us! We forgot our American to Korean outlet converters and they had one already set up in the room to charge apple phones! The only downside for us was breakfast because we are used to American style so our kids were not a fan of eating the sandwiches they offered but loved the kids juice boxes. There is a Gs25 and 7-Eleven in walking distance along with some other food places we passed on our walk too. Highly recommend this place!
Benikea Hotel Mountain & Ocean Daepohang

One night class It's easy to sleep when you come out Good view of the sea Instead, it's a four lane in front of it, so it's noisy. Never see the ceiling of the bathroom Topologically It's okay if you pay this much for 50,000 won.
Chuncheon Vishop Pension

The room is spacious, has 2 bathrooms and toilets make usage convenient for a family. We stayed there because we went skiing in Elysian so it’s 15 min drive. I don’t think it’s very accessible by public transport. Interior design is a bit strange, combining colorful and traditional wooden bulky furniture, the wall is painted black and there is only one small window in the big living room so the feeling is dark, and the led light hanging on the second floor fence don’t work. So I would say facility and hygiene is just ok , but the price kind of explain this, so it’s acceptable.
