This place is very close to the bus terminal, like 5mins walk which is really convenient. It's also right next to the river. The room is a little small, but okay for a short stay. The bathroom was nice, except for the hot water that took forever to turn on. The bath also had no plug so you can only take a shower. The lady at the front desk was very sweet but she speaks no English so it was a bit hard like when I tried to ask about storing our luggage there the next day. A translator app didn't help much. The room had a cold and hot water dispenser and there was a microwave on the 3rd floor you can use. The bed was quite comfortable. We didn't hear any outside noises, however we could hear the guests upstairs very clearly and they were being quite loud very late at night. This place is good for a short budget stay.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The motel itself was as expected. It is perfect for a solo traveler or for a couple needing a place to sleep for a night. I wish that they would leave extra toiletries in the rooms for guests who didn't request a room cleaning daily (like toilet paper and tissues). They did, however, accomodate my schedule and clean later in the day for me. The location is near Jungang Market, Dong Pirang, and Sebyeonggwan, which are some of the main tourist locations in Tongyeong. I would consider staying here again in the future if I were traveling solo.

Overall: The experience was very good! The room is very clean, every morning I worked on my computer in the room. The owners are very lovely. Location: It is 10min walking from a street full of restaurants and 15min walking from an olympic swiming pool and gym. If you want to go to the center of the island you need to take a bus (40min) or taxi (25min) Breakfast: The only thing I would improve is the breakfast; everyday is the same: boiled eggs, soup and magdalena. It'd be great if there could be more options.

felt so ad home with the owner and her husband! the husband actually randomly picked me up while hitchhiking to the guest house! it was such a fun coincidence! they always checked in with me if i needed anything and the room was clean and comfy with very sturdy, wide bunk beds and an easy to use ladder for the top bunk! the bunks really felt premium haha bathroom was beautiful as well :-) and it's very close to the trail! burgers downstairs are great too! definitely treat yourself after summiting!

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us! The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often! Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time! The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was okay for a budget, one night option. Definitely caters to those looking for a place to have some ”intimate” time with someone. The location is right in the middle of a busy street with lots of restaurants, noraebangs and nightlife. So it was a bit noisy. Could also hear everything from rooms around. The bedding is quite hard and uncomfortable. Shower was great and room is quite spacious. Very easy check-in and checkout.

This was a great motel. Nice and clean room with a great view. The manager (I assume) was extremely kind and a great host. He showed us to our room. We arrived after a long day and had no vehicle, so we needed to order food. He helped us order food from a restaurant over the phone because our Korean is very minimal. We were so appreciative to have a nice end to our exhausting day. Thank you again for being such a great host! :)

We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. It’s close to Tongyeong Ferry Terminal. The facilities are clean and they provide plenty of bottled water, towels, and bean sprout soup for breakfast. I was worried because parking was inconvenient, but the parking lot is small. Instead, the owner comes out, takes the keys, and parks the car. While looking at the reviews, I saw a lot of posts about the owner's unfriendliness rather than the facilities. After staying there for several nights, I understand why that is. One day they were very friendly, the next day they were unfriendly. When I was eating breakfast, on the first day, even though time was tight, they took care of everything first, but on the second day, I was surprised because they didn't even greet me or respond to any of the guests' greetings. I guess the response is different depending on my mood that day.
