2-Star Hotels in Trat Province, Thailand

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was delicious and I could drink coffee from the coffee server. Coffee has espresso, latte, American and cappuccino. You can drink it many times. The main breakfast was seafood porridge and * dishes. There was also a salad bar －, and if it was not enough for porridge, toast was also available. Another thing was the cold homemade lime juice at the reception was very delicious.

Ensemble de petits bungalows (certains familiaux avec 2 lits) agréables dans un superbe jardin parfaitement entretenu et au calme. Les bungalows donnant tous sur le jardin sont simples, pas immenses mais largement suffisants, et correctement équipés. Salle de bain extérieure agréable. Pour un long séjour, évitez les 3 premiers bungalows 14 15 16 situés à l'arrière du restaurant (moins agréables et pas de vue mer). Matelas corrects. Jolie plage autour du ponton privé, face au coucher de soleil. Petits déjeuners simples mais corrects et complets. Restaurant excellent, nous avons dîné plusieurs fois sur place et c'était vraiment très bon et à des prix vraiment corrects par rapport au reste de l'île ! Staff aux petits soins (notamment Bee !) Rapport qualité prix moyen pour l'hébergement, mais c'est désormais comme cela dans toutes les îles thaïlandaises et sur Koh Kood, Dusita resort est un super choix pour qui cherche un environnement calme et préservé.

Very clean room and good breakfast (but not buffet. They provide lunch box style food). Accomodation is not by the beach but walking distance to one of the best spot on the island.

I liked it very much. Price / quality super. Live in two floor block on the second floor. Quiet and quiet. Well-pleasant staff. I'll come back. Before the two beaches 10 minutes walk, lots of cafes and shops around. On the other hand, two expensive hotels, so quiet. And a very beautiful view on the mountains. From the downsides - did not work wifi in the rooms.

Partial view of the sea. Very quiet and away from the main road. The staff was very approachable and spoke good English. Always greeted me when entering the hotel. This hotel is, as its name suggests, located in the heart of Trat city. Our room was clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was also good. There were a lot of informations about attractions and many community-based tourism (which is very interesting) in Trat province. If you are interested in CBT, you can ask hotel staffs at the lobby for further detail. Overall, we had a good experience here. Recommend!

Located in an area where there are many bars, the first night was a Saturday I did not sleep because of the music from the neighboring bars which lasted until 6am, I will see tonight Sunday if it is still as noisy. As for the pool, the only thing missing was the fish because it was so cloudy. High value for money 🤔

Fantastic resort near to bars and restaurant in lonely beach area. So quiet and nice there. Had one of the seaview bungalows there, and didnt regret that. Dont hesitate and book this one. Nice staff and clean and nice bungalows. Loved it🥰 will definately come back to this fantastic resort. Best regards Andre Woldsund

I really wanted to like this place. The food was good and the restaurant has amazing views. We arrived with high hopes. The place was basic, no problem with this and we weren’t expecting much in terms of amenities given the price. What I do expect, however, regardless of what I pay, is cleanliness. Problem started when we went back to our room for the night. Went to have a shower and there was hair in it. And not just one. This is one thing I find gross - it only takes a cleaner to look back to make sure they’ve done their job to avoid this. In addition, the bathroom was extremely run down. Shelves hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Tiles missing and extremely dirty grout. In addition, we had the worst sleep. The mattress was extremely hard - and while this is subjective, it was unbearably uncomfortable. The ants were another issue. I get it, I’m in the tropics BUT when you go into the bathroom in the middle of the night and there are tons of them in and around the toilet - it’s just gross. I don’t want to have to worry about them getting into my nether regions when I want to use the toilet. Use some traps, spray - just do something. We decided we needed to book elsewhere and when we went to leave, they never asked us why we were leaving. A lost opportunity, in my opinion, to learn how to improve. During checkout, we were charged for breakfast which was supposed to be included. We were told we chose a breakfast that wasn’t included. I was surprised given they simply asked us what we wanted prepared and we said American breakfast (which they got wrong and brought us an English breakfast instead). I’m very curious what type of breakfast was actually included since what we got was nothing special (see photo). One egg, one piece of toast, a tablespoon of beans etc. They did remove the charge as no one told us that what we had chosen wasn’t part of the ‘included’ option. We heard the water was shut down for a day after we left so seems we departed at the right time! Our next resort was great and kept swarms of ants out of the room so it is possible! ;)

The shop is right on the receptor with prices almost as in 7/11. Parking right at the house. WiFi is excellent. Breakfast is specific, but there is possible, especially after the plane.

Хорошие бунгало рядом с морем, обстановка полного релакса. Цена немного завышена, но это из-за того, что брали трехместный номер на двоих в высокий сезон. Хорошо высыпался все два дня, отличный дачный стиль, бунгало не новые, но это не напрягало, персонал доброжелательный, хорошее кафе прямо на берегу моря по адекватным ценам для этого места, можно бесплатно покататься на каяке, рядом дорога с дешевыми кафе, супермаркетом. Пляж галечный, но во время прилива нетрудно искупаться, специальная обувь мне не понадобилась, но нежным ножкам может быть необходима, ее также дают на ресепшн.

What a surprise !! Excellent meal with an explosion of flavors, really delicious :) Looking for authentic cuisine, we were not disappointed, quite the contrary. They also offer cuisine from around the world. Service at the top, smiling and available. We played billiards at the end of the meal. Very nice moment of exchange and conviviality. The atmosphere and environment of the accommodation are very cute. The aunties provide very good service. The resort is quiet and safe. If I have the chance, I must go again.

I chose , My mistake, a bungalow next to the swimming pool. Very wrong decission. the owner did not call me back. Totally infested by musquitos, and ants. When we went to sleep, it appeard that we did not have warm water. apparantly because of the lightning, some days ago..... do you not check your rooms, when being aware of the lightning? We left the next morning in a polite way. knowing the place we wanted to go back to. the owner post , that I shouted, and threw the keys back to him. you should see his size.. no way I would dare that. The swimming pool was durty. the rest of the resort was abandond. (garder howerver wel maintained). Will never go back. espessially not because of the owner ; RUDE and no respect for the issues we encountered. a simple sorry would have made me not post this !!! Lies however will make me post this all over the internet. good luck.

This is a lovely basic resort across from the Elephant enclosures and straight down the road to Kae Bae beach. Only issue is that they only provide one huge sheet...... being on my own I was able to wrap it around me!!!! Apart from that everything was fine..... the wife is always around the reception area and the husband does all the general maintenance, whilst he doesn't speak much English he smiles the entire time!!!
