Cam Ly Homestay
4.6/55 Reviews
Cam Ly Homestay in Dalat offers a memorable retreat with its warm hospitality and stunning views. Although I encountered a minor issue checking in during booking, Trip swiftly resolved it and even followed up to ensure I had settled in comfortably. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from my room. I was treated to a picturesque view. Conveniently located, Cam Ly Homestay is just a short distance away from the famous Crazy House and within walking distance of other attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring Dalat and immersing yourself in the local culture. The homestay's strategic location allowed me to easily access authentic cuisine and experience the city's charm. Given the chance, I would have extended my stay without hesitation. Cam Ly Homestay's blend of warm hospitality, gorgeous views, and convenient location make it an irresistible choice for anyone visiting Dalat. Be aware that the home stay is about a 45 minute drive traffic dependent from the airport. Instead of using local taxis, download the Grab app and apply a discount for the best way of traveling there. Also be aware that you will pay extra for toll fees. Also be aware that the car can only drop you at the bottom of the alleyway. You’ll need to walk the last 10m uphill. It’s definitely leg day in Dalat everyday. #vietnam #homestay #dalat #crazy house #trip.com

I’m so satisfied with my stay! Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel. Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition). Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove). Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.
D House Dalat

Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

In my opinion, I think this hotel was ok. One of the desks where broken and the phone didn’t work. The TV in one of the rooms was removed, exposing what we thought were live wires. On the second day, one of the workers asked to borrow our microwave, because there were only two microwaves in the whole building! Very strange request. Also, the shower door was broken. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel was fine. They have breakfast and dinner, but you pay for it. I would not stay here again.

Plus points: - The hotel yard is very large, suitable for families riding by car, there is a place to store a few cars. There is also a basement for motorbikes. - Quite close to the center (about 3km back) - The route is quite wide and quiet - Friendly and enthusiastic staff - New, clean rooms, clean toilets too - Next to the base is close, so I'm quite safe in terms of security - Two fronts, Zhao Viet Wang and Zhou Thi Si - There are quite a lot of cheap and delicious restaurants next to it, suggesting the bánh cánh cánh cánh cánh cửa street on Ngo Thi Si about 20m away Minus points: - If the door is not closed, the noise of the car coming from outside will be quite loud - There is only one card in each room, which is a bit inconvenient to get in and out if someone wants to be at home, some want to go out - I booked two rooms, double room at Trip and the rest of room 4 on another page. Room 4 is quite large and comfortable. The double room is a bit narrow, and there will be some rooms blocked the view (not my room but see the next room with a view into the wall)

This is a small hotel, just 3 small rooms on the floor. Very clean, there is an elevator, a refrigerator in the room. In the shower everything is. Bed good, comfortable, teapot, water, tea, coffee. Very good lighting in the room, which is rare. Breakfasts on terrace 7 floor, all delicious. Welcome staff, caring hostess, thank you to her. On the opposite of the hotel is an inexpensive restaurant and bakery, near the market, near Lake and BigC. In the evening on the weekend near the market, the traffic is closed - the night bazaar and the people's guilt. We ordered a car trip to all the main attractions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for 900kD, through the tour agencies because of the coronary virus such a trip could not be ordered. The palace of Emperor Bao Dai, the rope road, the Thien Vien Monastery, the waterfall, the pagoda of Lin Fuok, the statue of the great Buddha and the temple next to it. From the hotel down the street, the walls of the houses on it are painted by artists, necessarily walk. The room in which the common beds are in the basement. The hotel liked, I recommend. The shortage is cash payment in the hotel (by card additional %), which I forgot, as I booked through Agoda, where you usually pay at once.

Best Customer service ever. 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Dalat. He is so friendly and everything is almost one stop service. if you are fussy about the water pressure then that would be the only downside.

We liked the hotel very well. It is a few minutes with roller from the center. (Grab and taxis are also driving, of course) and therefore more quietly located, which we very much liked. All is very lovely and detailed furnished, it works at the same time as a cafe. Unfortunately, the room had no window, but that has disturbed us less than in other hotels where we were, because it was beautifully furnished and clean. Roller rent 130.000VND/24h with the latest rollers, we didn't even know that a roller can have start/stop automatic ;) top! + a little breakfast for German conditions, yet sweet, free tea & excellent coffee +- bed in our room was extremely hard, so who would like it should choose the hotel ;) + staff always strive and friendly
Hoang Loc Villa

I often have to go back to Dalat for work. Short or long business trips are often booked by the company's administrative staff, & often placed at hotels in the city center, near Da Lat market. At first, I still stayed in the habit, but then I felt a bit wasted, when I came to DL but stayed at a place not much different from Hanoi or SG - city hotels, without the unique features of DL. So I decided to find a hotel with its own nature but still ensure that it is not too far from the center (1 some beautiful, natural hotels/homestay but close to Tuyen Lam lake area, very far from the center - about 10km, suitable for relaxation, not suitable for business trips) & in the company budget of about 1 or less. Hoang Loc is really a right choice, making my business trips no longer boring and boring but a little more interesting. The space of the LDP-style grass garden is very cute and lovely. Hosts must be very interested in taking care of each plants and equipment. The staff is very enthusiastic and cute & especially everyone's name is Linh, very cute ^^ If you need breakfast, you can order separately. The menu is not too rich but it's a good choice if you want to experience the feeling of having breakfast in front of the green garden in the morning, feel something1Very Da Lat2

We had a pleasure stay at Manor Villas on my birthday. it’s a surprise by my beloved wife she arranged everything with one of the hotel staffs Mr Tu. Mr Tu provided a top-notch service as he made our stay smooth. just a bit comment to improve your cleanliness. the room’s floor was a bit sticky and there was a dead mouse just outside our room’s window. other than that everything was perfect! i’ll recommend to my family n friends. if i have opportunity to visit Dalat again, surely will stay here again. thankyou very much!
