The hotel's location is excellent. The surrounding views and the city skyline are beautiful, both during the day and especially at night. As I had requested a quiet room so I could get enough rest, the hotel staff made every effort to accommodate my request, and I was satisfied with the result. Although a small amount of noise could still be heard in the room, it was minor and easy to overlook. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

The best place to stay in center Brisbane, and walking distance to newly open Star. The terrace of star you must go.

Very recommended hotel, will go to live next time, the room is all available, very suitable for buying washing, the hotel is very new, and the surrounding is very convenient, shopping, South Bank Park.

For breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy.

A good-value studio apartment close to the CBD and many stores & restaurants. A late check-in was well organised with codes and key in a safe. The open-plan kitchen & lounge was spacious with large TV. Bedroom a strange design with little privacy directly from the entrance. Front desk staff helpful to correct a few minor issues and shortages. No amenities (pool, gym etc) but good for a place to cook a meal and sleep.

Staff very helpful, close to city centre, few steps away to cross the bridge over to Southbank. Very clean room and nice Brisbane river view. Made our trip and stay with high satisfaction.

everything is amazing, except you'd have to walk through a carpark to get to the front desk if you needed help from staff. perfect location, has all kinda of amenities (washer and dryer with laundry powder, iron, ironing board, full kitchen, etc). would 100% book again!

Public transportation isn't very convenient, especially at night when returning to the hotel. Buses often run late, requiring a long, hilly hike. Daytime buses are available, but they're not very frequent. It's quite a distance up a hill from the central area, and quite far. The shower in the bathroom makes a strange mechanical noise when you turn it on, but having two sinks is a plus. The bed in the room had some black spots, but it was quite large. It's just a low floor, with no view or privacy from the window. The second floor faces a busy garage. The next morning, my credit card was inexplicably charged over $270, in addition to the $100 deposit. I emailed the manager, but there was no explanation, just an apology and a refund. It was very confusing.

An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended.
