Excellent service was provided by the hotel reception and service staff. They responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. WeChat was an excellent means of communication.  Room was cleaned thoroughly each day with all the supplies provided. It was great that there was a washing machine, kitchenette and huge fridge that made our 2 weeks stay like home.  Location was perfect as there were a supermarket, shopping mall and subway train right below the building. There were also a wide range of food available along the side streets in all directions of the building.  Overall, it was an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The service staff made all the difference.

The hotel environment is very good, the location is good, it is very convenient to be close to the subway, the room is very clean, the projection is very convenient, and I have lived in a great hotel! The room was spacious and sunny, with a great city view. The bathroom was also clean. There was a strange smell when we first entered the room, but it didn't affect our stay. The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The hotel's location is also fantastic, quite close to Xue Wang Headquarters, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

At this price, this hotel is really cost-effective. The large area is very enjoyable. The facilities are also in place and it is very comfortable to stay. Highly recommended. There is a shopping mall below, which is super convenient for eating.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to Zhengzhou East Station, making travel a breeze. Downstairs, there's a fantastic variety of restaurants, so finding a place to eat is never a problem. The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can tell the owner pays attention to every detail. You need your room card to access the floors, which means security is excellent, and I felt very safe. I mentioned my requests when booking, and the owner was incredibly accommodating, offering a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even better! Just a small heads-up: the hot water in the bathroom can get quite hot, so future guests might want to be a bit careful. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center and close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was smart and comfortable, and the Xiao Ai assistant (smart speaker) really enhanced our stay. The free laundry room and gym were a huge plus, breakfast was delicious, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was thoughtful. It completely exceeded our expectations!

The room was quite spacious and decent. The TV's screen mirroring feature didn't include VIP access, so I couldn't watch anything on the big screen. The window only opened a tiny bit. The bathroom was also good. It's pretty close to Erqi Wanda Plaza, about four to five kilometers away, but traffic can be a real hassle. Delivery fees for takeout were around three to four yuan. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 It's not far from the train station, breakfast is included, the receptionist was very friendly, and the sheets were soft and comfortable. The curtains and lighting were beautifully designed to create a lovely atmosphere, and the room was bright and warm thanks to plenty of natural light. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely stay here again on my next trip! ❤️✨

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the scenery is beautiful from the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
