This stay in the coastal sea-view room truly elevated the vacation experience! The moment I opened the door, I was stunned by the unobstructed ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I could even watch the sunrise from bed. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom was also well-done. The best part? The beach is just a few steps downstairs, so you can go for a walk or dip your toes in the water whenever you want without having to travel. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was more effective than any white noise. The staff were also very attentive; any requests were handled quickly. This sea-view room offers such great value for money, I'll definitely choose it again next time!

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. 1. Comfortable environment: The area is quiet, and I can see greenery outside the window. Waking up in the morning was refreshing and I was completely relaxed. 2. Thoughtful room: The decor was cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a great sleep. The bathroom was odor-free, with consistent hot water. A hairdryer and toiletries were also provided. 3. Excellent service: The host provided check-in instructions in advance and responded promptly to any questions I had, leaving me feeling completely at ease. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel is located near Xinghai Park, adjacent to the Dayi Second Hospital Station of Metro Line 1. It is very convenient to go anywhere, especially to Xinghai Park. The size of the hotel room is the same as the description. The space is large. You can see the sea and the cross-sea bridge from the side of the balcony window. At night, you can also see the flashing lights of the Ferris wheel of Xinghai Park (pictured). The waiter will ask about the cleaning time every day. The room is clean and tidy. The price is very high. It is highly recommended!

I had a very satisfying stay. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to various places. There's a direct passage on the fourth floor to the mall, which is entirely dedicated to restaurants and an IMAX cinema. On the first basement floor, there's a supermarket and a florist. I bought live seafood from the supermarket and had the vendor steam it for me to take back to my room – the flower crabs and conches were absolutely amazing. Parking is available right outside, free of charge. The room facilities are great; the shower head and water temperature were perfect, and I used the washer and dryer multiple times. The hairdryer is also high-speed. Overall, everything was ideal.

Our room was on a high floor, very clean, and had a beautiful night view of the sea. 😍 It's very close to the train station and the subway entrance – basically, just turn left downstairs and you're there. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.
