We really enjoyed our stay at Yuehe Seaview Art Hotel. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view made the whole experience even nicer. It felt like a peaceful place to come back to after a long day out, and overall we were very happy with our choice. What made the biggest difference for us was the service. Maggie was especially wonderful — so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She always had a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the start. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about guests having a good experience, and her kindness really stood out. She was one of the reasons our stay felt so pleasant and memorable. The location was also very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby places. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend Yuehe Seaview Art Hotel to anyone visiting Dalian. Thank you to Maggie and the team for making us feel so comfortable.

The room was very clean, and the lady who runs the place was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The room itself was great – really spacious. I definitely recommend it! Plus, there's a night market right downstairs with tons of delicious food, and it's super convenient for shopping.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. A very satisfying stay. First, let me be clear: I'm not a shill. I'm just a slightly mysophobic auntie from Beijing's Xicheng District traveling with a child. The room was exceptionally clean, surpassing many star-rated hotels. The service was friendly and always responsive to any questions I had. The cloud-shaped sofa was incredibly comfortable. Be careful choosing the 29th floor if you're afraid of heights, but the view (at night) is truly breathtaking. It's very close to the West Tower, and I recommend this place just for the food. The main entrance to the building is a bathhouse, and you enter through the side door (which was a bit disappointing upon entering; it felt average). Take the elevator to the 29th floor, where you'll find the standard hotel reception. Open the door, and you'll be amazed. A large, comfortable bed, a spacious sofa, a soft cloud-shaped sofa, and a huge TV. And the price is fantastic! This quality is unmatched, hahaha. I hope the hotel maintains this quality. I'm looking forward to visiting again and again.

I stayed at this apartment for five nights in Dalian and was unexpectedly satisfied. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers, with direct access via Metro Line 2. Located in Donggang, the sea views are stunning and within walking distance. Public transport, including buses and the metro, makes it easy to reach various attractions and commercial areas. With your room card, the fourth-floor elevator provides direct access to Kaidan Plaza, which offers a fantastic and affordable selection of dining options. There's also a Better You supermarket on the mall's basement level. Seafood stalls offer free cooking services for purchases over 80 yuan, and you get a 2% discount when paying with your Fraser Place room card. The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities, even laundry detergent, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I highly recommend Fraser Place if you're visiting Dalian.

Stayed here with a friend in Shenyang, and it was excellent! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities were very comprehensive. The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

Before my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

This place is incredibly convenient, with a subway station, restaurants, and convenience stores all nearby. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I stayed in a sea view room and the view was absolutely fantastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit firm; it would be perfect if the mattress were a little softer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian.

Absolutely fantastic! The owner is a very gentle and attentive woman. The accommodation is comfortably decorated, and the second floor of the loft has a great ceiling height. I'm an architecture student, and you can book this apartment with confidence. In terms of location, safety, and interior comfort, it's excellent value for money! It's rare to find accommodation with such good natural light at this price point! Because it was quite cold during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a loft with better underfloor heating for free. The room has a fresh air system, and the underfloor heating prevents the air from being too dry compared to other places in Shenyang. The subway station is right outside the back door, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since we were tourists, we asked the owner for recommendations, and she gave us detailed introductions to local specialties. We tried a few places, and they were indeed very good.
