The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. I came to Dalian alone for the 2026 Dalian Marathon and booked this hotel on Trip.com. I couldn't have been luckier! The marathon's start and finish lines are right downstairs, and my room number even coincidentally matched the last digits of my phone number, which made me really happy. The room was super clean, and all the toiletries were excellent, single-use items 👍👍. Plus, it was a proper sea-view room. I could see the starting arch where I'd begin my race and the Donggang seaside attractions from upstairs. If I ever come back to Dalian, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The room offered a sea view, which was lovely. Having a washing machine and a fridge was a huge plus, and all the appliances and furniture felt quite new and were in good working order. They even provided branded toiletries and a decent kettle, and the TV worked perfectly – truly impressive. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the space felt very generous, complete with a wardrobe, sofa, and even a kitchen. Downstairs, there were all sorts of shops, and it was close to the subway station, making it incredibly livable. Honestly, it felt more comfortable than some long-term rentals I've had in other cities. My few days of vacation truly felt like 'living.' I could sleep in until I naturally woke up, then go see the sea, visit attractions, fly kites, go mudlarking, and feed pigeons and seagulls. I even managed to wake up early one day to catch the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. At night, I'd stroll through the night market, find a spot to eat while listening to live music (it's great to find a seat!), and then head back to watch TV until I felt sleepy before drifting off. Each day was perfectly rounded and wonderful.

The location is great, making it super convenient to get around. The owners are incredibly friendly and really know how to make guests feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean; I honestly think it's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The main reason I'd recommend it is because the owners are so responsive – any issue I had was immediately addressed without delay. With such great hygiene and service, there's no reason not to stay here. I truly hope that anyone reading this review books a stay and experiences it for themselves!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. 1. Comfortable environment: The area is quiet, and I can see greenery outside the window. Waking up in the morning was refreshing and I was completely relaxed. 2. Thoughtful room: The decor was cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a great sleep. The bathroom was odor-free, with consistent hot water. A hairdryer and toiletries were also provided. 3. Excellent service: The host provided check-in instructions in advance and responded promptly to any questions I had, leaving me feeling completely at ease. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'd consider staying here again.

During check-in and check-out, the room attendant even thoughtfully helped with luggage. Check-in guidance and parking were also taken care of, and they even sent me a text message in the morning, which was incredibly helpful. Disposable towels and other amenities were provided. Overall, the hotel was good. The price was reasonable, and the environment was clean. The toothbrush shed a bit, but otherwise, it was fine. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Dalian again. My husband, who originally disliked apartment-style accommodations, also said he'd stay here again if he ever moves in!

This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian.

This place offers incredible value for money! It's so much better than a budget hotel. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the amenities you could need are provided. Plus, the location is really convenient. It's clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is also super nice. My stay here was fantastic! The room had great natural light and was incredibly clean, without any strange odors. It was well-equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a desk, a TV, WiFi, and even a washing machine, and the room itself was very spacious. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night! The hotel felt very safe too. You can't use the elevator without a room card, and food deliveries go to a locker downstairs, so even solo travelers who are a bit wary can feel secure [happy face]. The location is superb, right next to a subway station, making travel super convenient. It's also very close to Dalian Station, within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy! I even asked how much it would cost to extend my stay by an hour, and the owner said it was no problem and wouldn't cost anything [rose][rose][rose]. The owner is incredibly kind. I had to leave unexpectedly and didn't have time to buy disposable bedding. I was thinking of bringing my own sheets but felt lazy and didn't want to carry them. I asked if they had any, and they gave me a disposable set for free! They even upgraded my room for free, and I could see a stunning sunrise right from my bed. The view and my mood were both perfect.
