AAnonymous UserI stayed for five days and grew to love this room more and more. The location is unbeatable; Metro Line 2, Exit 2, leads directly to the building, and my room was in Block A, with fast elevators. My first impression upon entering was how clean it was. The sheets smelled like sunshine, the bathroom floor was dry, and the towels were fluffy and soft. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and my back, which usually gives me trouble, felt fine after several nights. The blackout curtains were excellent; once drawn, the room was dark enough for me to sleep until I naturally woke up each day. The microwave and induction cooker were very practical. I kept a few cans of coffee, bought downstairs, in the fridge to grab on my way out in the mornings.
Downstairs is Wanda Plaza, offering an endless array of dining options. In the mornings, there are convenience stores and bakeries; for lunch, casual meals; and in the evenings, hot pot and Japanese cuisine. When I didn't feel like going out, delivery services brought food right to my door. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and bubble tea shops downstairs, making it a very well-developed living area. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the shower pressure was strong, and hot water came quickly, which was great for relaxing showers. Housekeeping came daily to change towels and empty trash, keeping the room consistently fresh.
Each room comes with a washing machine, which is convenient for both long and short stays. Overall, it offers great value for money, a fantastic location, practical facilities, and attentive service. I'll likely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.
