The location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The rooms are well-ventilated, ensuring fresh air. The bed is just the right firmness, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is thoughtful and prompt. It's great value for money, and my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The place was amazing in this price. Unfortunately, another CJIA exists nearby and I had trouble locating it on Gaode/AMAP. Most important: the hotel offers complimentary breakfast. Please don't fall for it. They order it from Mc Cafe nearby. So if you are a family and want more breakfasts, they would charge 20-22 Yuan per person, however, same meal at McCafe 50 metres away costs 9.9 Yuan. I am not being too critical but its an advice for everyone. . I was initially given a room which smelled strongly of cigarettes. I requested to change and thankfully they did.

I chose Citadines Anfu Shanghai for my business trip to Shanghai, and it exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right at the intersection of Changning, Xuhui, and Jing'an districts. It's within walking distance to Jiangsu Road Metro Station, making it super convenient to get to Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station. Zhongshan Park and Xujiahui commercial area are also just a stone's throw away. The room was clean and tidy with a practical layout, and the kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and smart toilet were fantastic additions, making it feel just like home for longer stays. The high-floor rooms (20-33) offer great views and stunning nightscapes. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and responsive, and housekeeping did a meticulous job daily. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the gym was well-equipped. It's definitely my top choice for business travel; I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk.

Had a great experience! The room was clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They proactively explained how to use the water heater. The room deposit was 300, but it was refunded instantly upon checkout. This really changed my perception of Shanghainese people!

It's super close to the Bund and Nanjing Road, making getting around incredibly convenient. • Ambiance: The room has a simple, fresh style, clean and tidy with no strange odors. The natural light is fantastic, and from the night view room, you can directly see the Yuyuan Garden nightscape – it really sets the mood. • Service: The owner is warm and thoughtful, sending check-in instructions in advance. Self-check-in was super easy, and they were always available if we had any questions. The experience was excellent. • Facilities: Well-equipped with a projector, washing machine, and microwave. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it feel as comfortable as home.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a shopping mall nearby and easy access to taxis and the metro, which made traveling around very easy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I also appreciated their flexibility — I wanted to extend my stay for a few extra hours, and they kindly allowed me an additional hour for a reasonable extra fee. Overall, the service was excellent, the facilities were good, and I had a very comfortable experience. Whether you are traveling solo, with family, or with friends, this is a great place to stay.
