_SN0W_Nice staff and location. Building built in 2009. A bit older. Needs renovation. Apartment smells of sewage most of the time. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were making me itchy, but it happens sometimes as my skin is sensitive. Washer dirty, so didn't use.

Anonymous UserI came to Shanghai to visit a friend, and as two girls, we were most afraid of choosing a 'catfishing' Airbnb, but this one truly surprised me.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was: it's spacious! The floor-to-ceiling windows let all the sunlight in, making the entire living room bright and airy. We spread our suitcases on the floor to pack and unpack, and there was still plenty of room to walk around, no need to squeeze past each other. The sofa was wide enough that we could sprawl out on it, eating takeout and binge-watching shows for an entire afternoon.
What I liked most was the excellent attention to safety details. The windows had safety locks, so they couldn't be opened too wide; the cabinet doors all had soft-close hinges, so they closed gently without slamming. My friend said I was 'overthinking things,' but when you're staying alone somewhere, these details really add a lot of value.
The kitchen, though small, had everything: microwave, induction cooker, pots, pans, and tableware. One evening, we bought frozen dumplings from the downstairs supermarket and cooked them, and my friend even fried two eggs. We sat at the dining table, eating and chatting, which was even more comfortable than eating out at a restaurant.
The washing machine with a dryer was an absolute lifesaver. One afternoon, it suddenly rained, and we got two jackets soaked. We threw them in to wash and dry, and they were ready to wear out again that evening. No need to bring a pile of extra clothes; my suitcase felt half as light.
At night, we dimmed the lights, turned on the projector, and snuggled on the sofa to watch a movie. With the curtains drawn, it felt like a mini-cinema. The subway station is right downstairs, it's a ten-minute bike ride to the Bund, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is within walking distance. The location is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Anonymous UserThis is my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was great once again. The cleanliness is meticulous, and the room's soundproofing is excellent. The staff are all very kind and the facilities are comprehensive. Allison is always there — she recognized me right away, which made me feel right at home; it's more than just superficial service. This time I also met Alice, and everyone here is exceptionally good and very enthusiastic.

Guest UserThe location is very convenient, with the parking garage directly connected to the subway station.
Parking is also very convenient, and free parking is a big plus.
This is my second long stay, and I especially want to thank Manager Tracy at the front desk. She's incredibly nice and attentive, always considering guests' needs to arrange suitable rooms. Also, since delivery personnel put packages on shelves on the first floor, I often see Tracy diligently organizing them so guests can find them quickly. It's no exaggeration to say that when Tracy is there, the shelves are always perfectly tidy.
A very pleasant stay experience.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, just a minute's walk from Laoximen metro station. We stayed in Building B, and the entrance is somewhat hidden behind a fitness center. We arrived late at night, and there was no one at the front desk, so we had to search for the administrator for quite a while. The room was clean and had all the essentials (kettle, water, toiletries, hairdryer). On the third floor, there are washing machines, dryers, an iron, and a steamer available. For breakfast, you can head to Wagan cafe nearby. They offer European breakfasts and coffee, which is a bit pricey by Chinese standards but reasonable for us (up to 1200 rubles per person).
Tourist attractions: They are just 1-2 metro stops away.

I stayed two days and i wished i stayed longer. The serviced apartments are spacious and the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful with everything. The washing machine wasn’t working but everything else was fine. My only issue is the women working at the office next to the front desk who was very unhelpful, the young man working the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful.

Diana Silva FrancoCommunication was smooth and timely even before we arrived. Once in the building, the unit was on a high floor and away from the elevator, just as we requested. Equipped with everything we needed, this unit was comfortable, functional, and perfect for resting after long days of exploring the city. The shower, though small, had perfect water pressure and temperature. Finally, its proximity to the subway made it easy to get anywhere in the city quickly, and the variety of dining options simplified our morning and evening routines. All in all, an ideal place to stay in Shanghai. We will definitely return to the same place in the future.

Anonymous UserThis place is right at 427 Fuyou Road, directly outside the Line 10 metro exit, literally just 10 meters away – super convenient! It's an economy room, and I even booked an extra one. It's a 15-minute walk to The Bund, and they offer free luggage storage. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent.

Guest UserConvenient location with metro train direct entrance around the corner or steps away via a popular food court with many yummy choices. Nice apartment layout. Clean and modern. The split level loft has stairs that may be challenging for ppl with knee problems or very overweight. Attentive and helpful staffs but not intrusive. My floor is quiet. I slept soundly every night. The bed is firm in the right way, super comfortable. There is a fully functioning kitchen with small yet proper refrigerator, conduction stovetop, pots and pan. The shower is strong and hot. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from 3 to 6 nights. I will stay at Modena if I visit Shanghai again.
