On our last day, my child suddenly came down with a fever. The wonderful staff at the front desk helped me extend our check-out time until 2 PM, allowing my child more time to rest. It was a really thoughtful and humane gesture that made us feel very cared for as out-of-town guests.
Finally, a special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 26th floor. Coming back each day to a room that was tidied up like new, clean, and neat was incredibly comforting, especially for someone with a bit of a clean freak tendency like myself. She even folded my child's pajamas and placed them neatly beside the bed every day. Thank you! 🙏"
