"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"Exclusive Butler Service: I have to commend the hostess for her quick responses and thoughtful care. We checked in at 2:30 AM, and she patiently communicated with me about my needs beforehand, such as requiring no disturbance from the cleaning staff and a pillow change. She quickly responded to our requests and arranged for the change. Hygiene: We aren't particularly demanding, but we didn't find any cockroaches or insects during our stay. The cleaning staff tidied up diligently every day. Facilities: The air conditioning was excellent and self-adjustable, and there was also hot water service. All other basic amenities expected in a hotel were available. This place is apartment-style, as shown in the picture, which we prefer. The soundproofing is similar to a residential building, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Shuangliu Airport."

"This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Chengdu now! The location is fantastic; everything you need is right downstairs, and there are even four or five KaoJiang (grilled fish restaurants) nearby 😂. The room facilities are all well-equipped, and the butler service is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!"

"The service was excellent! I've been to Chengdu a few times, and this was by far the best hotel experience. The hygiene was top-notch, the room was incredibly spacious with great natural light, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The facilities were also quite new. "We travelled all over Chengdu and now for the last stop in the city area, we have chosen a apartment style because there is a washer/dryer within the room for our laundry! Of course, thats not the only pro about this place. Location is great being right in the centre of the city district, its really near to the metro which unfortunately we did not try as the taxi here is really really cheap! There is Takooli just across the road for your luxury needs and you can get really great shots with the modern vs ancient backdrop. You can also just book a Didi right in front of the building which is really convenient for us. Moving on to the room itself, the suite is spacious with a living room/mini kitchen/laundry and the bedroom with a attached toilet/shower room. Interior is really nice and the equipment like the coffee machine or the washer are of big brands. I see mixed reviews of the hot water shower running out before you are done. However, I did not encounter this problem and I do take longer than usual showers. In general, I find this a very pleasant stay and would definitely return if I am dropping by Chengdu again."

"I took my child to a concert this weekend, and after looking at many hotels on Ctrip, I decided to trust my gut and chose this apartment. First of all, the location is perfect; it's right next to the裸眼屏(naked-eye 3D screen), very easy to find, and transportation is super convenient. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a three-minute walk to Chunxi Road Metro Exit B. There are plenty of places to eat and shop downstairs – incredibly convenient! I initially thought staying in such a bustling area would be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet. The apartment is very secure; you need a card to enter, and there's a lobby with security guards downstairs. Delivery drivers can't go up and have to leave food in the locker in the lobby. The room layout feels very home-like, and staying here is as comfortable as being at home. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, chopsticks, a coffee machine, and a large refrigerator. The fridge even had complimentary Coke and Sprite. The bedroom has a desk, which was perfect for my child to do homework. The bathroom has a washing machine (the host thoughtfully provided Sam's Club laundry detergent), facial cleanser, hair gel, and makeup remover (and importantly, the facial cleanser and makeup remover were from Muji!). Even the toilet mat was a good quality series. Disposable toiletries were also very complete (toothbrush, comb, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton swabs, toothpicks, hair ties, elastic bands). We could watch the sunrise from the living room and enjoy the Taikoo Li night view in the evening. The master bedroom came with an electronic scale, a safe, and extra pillows and blankets. The beds in both rooms were large enough, and the blankets were comfortable (unlike hotel blankets that rustle with every movement, and hotel beds are often too small to share with a child without being unable to turn over). The most thoughtful little touches were the sewing kit, iodine cotton swabs, and band-aids. (My child happened to fall and scrape their leg at school that day, and I was worried about them showering that night, but then I found the thoughtful band-aids provided by the host in a small box on the dining table!) Although check-out is at 12 PM, we could leave our luggage in the room, and the butler would help take it to the lobby after 12 PM. Finally, the apartment's cleaning lady was very considerate, always having the butler inform us before coming to clean every day. On the day we checked out, my child left their DJI drone in the apartment, and we only realized it after boarding the bullet train. I immediately messaged the butler for help, and it turned out the careful cleaning lady had already put it in a food bag for us. Definitely worth a shout-out!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right above the subway station, and Chunxi Road shopping district is just outside the door. Getting around is super convenient; you can explore attractions and go shopping or dining by subway without walking far, which is especially helpful when you have luggage. The price is reasonable and offers great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival; the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent, and our overall stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chengdu. I'd definitely choose this place again next time!"
