The building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

On December 30, 10:30 p.m. Due to booking the wrong month and my inexperienced language communication As a result, I almost had a security deposit of 96 yuan collected from the official. For the reason that they did not trust me to stay. I had to show the luggage slip to the staff to confirm my continued stay. Make him change his mind about not doing that. Luckily I still have the same type of room. and can stay continuously for 3 days without having to move rooms around And on the last day, I still have to use the luggage storage service. to prepare for the return trip

Huan le song gong yu definitely made my first trop to Chengdu a comfortable one. Check-in was easy and contactless. Hotel management sent me all of the details via WeChat, including how to get there by metro or taxi. And when I arrived, the very first thing that caught my eye was the stunning view of the city and the very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was also incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located as well. Quality service at a very affordable price. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the subway entrance is next to it. It is convenient to travel. It is two stops away from the East Station and Chunxi Road is also very fast. Sanitation: The sanitation is very good. Someone cleans every day. After going out for a walk, the room is clean. Facilities: In fact, the facilities are very good and large. Everything you need is available. The wall of the room is a little peeling, but it does not affect living. It is just not beautiful enough. Overall, I am very satisfied, and my girlfriend likes it very much. It feels like returning home and very relaxing. If I go to Chengdu next time, I will still choose here

Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose. The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates The needs-improvement: - Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com - Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands - There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

The location is quite good as it is two stops away from the chengdu east railway station. Good to stay here if you have plans to travel to outskirt of Chengdu. Daily replenish of fresh bottled water and towels. The down side is the heater is not really well. When we stay for a few days we could feel the heater blowing hot air but only if you are standing near the air con, it does not warm the room. We told the housekeeper about it and she taught us how should we set the aircon heater but it is of no use. As the room still feels cold. The host did not even mention to us that the microwave was not available at all when we stayed until we had to question the host. The water is also leaking from the pipe from the water heater. There was sewage smell from the toilet and had to report to the host but it takes a few days to fix. They do provide additional hanger upon our requests. A suggestion for the host is to provide the address in more detials as such if it is apartment to provide the correct building no and whether it is A or B block. As we reached to the hotel i think and had to contact the host to bring us to the correct place. It is still overall not a bad place to stay as there were a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

A lovely stay. The apartment owner was very supportive. Thank you very much for answering all my questions ＜3. Location was close to Taikoo Li. We had a bit of struggle to find it because our driver was from another city. But when we call Didi, they all can locate the location very well. It also had Family mart downstairs, and a few local stores nearby selling veggies, meat and fruits, which make it very convenient. The amenities overall were great, except the hot water in the bathroom as I need to wait a few minutes because it used the gas system. But apart from that, we were happy with our stay :). And thank you for the lovely Sichuan gift too ＜3

Hygiene needs to be improved, such as on the bathroom cabinet and toilet ~ everything else is great! The room loft upstairs is huge! There is a washing machine and refrigerator! Quiet! There’s a lot to eat around! The subway station is also close! The price/performance ratio is super high! The service attitude is also great! Will stay here again!
