"I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Munich. I wanted a quiet place to stay, as far from the tourist areas as possible, and this was an excellent choice. The S-Bahn takes 20-30 minutes to get to the city center, and it's a great value for the price. It's clean and tidy, and the residence-style design makes it ideal for long-term stays. Large stores like Riedel, Revue, and DM are all within a 10-minute walk, so I don't have to worry about shopping in the city center, which is incredibly convenient."

"Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking."

"The room matched the pictures perfectly – very nice and new, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and I was surprised to find two large TVs. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The P+R parking lot next to the hotel was a steal at 1.5 euros per night. Be really careful with parking in Germany; someone dinged my car at some point, and it cost 1150 euros in damages when I returned it. The rental company said it's quite common in Germany for people to hit your car in a parking lot and just drive off."

"Looking for a strategically located place to stay for a concert at the Allianz Arena, I found these apartments online. The goal was an easy journey to and from the event, which worked out perfectly from this location. The overnight price of around 110 EUR was absolutely reasonable for Munich standards, so I booked here. The journey was straightforward: You can reach the building easily by subway, and from the station, it's about a 15-minute walk – which is totally acceptable. Even more convenient is bus line 150, which stops practically right in front of the building. Since I arrived early by train, I kindly inquired about an early check-in. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible before 3:00 PM, but thankfully, I was able to store my luggage on-site without any hassle. As dining options in the immediate vicinity of Parkstadt Schwabing are rather sparse, I used the time to go to the Old Town for a meal while waiting. The later self-check-in at the terminal was completely independent and super easy to use. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly spacious. A real highlight – especially for longer stays – is the integrated kitchenette, which even comes with a stove, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. Despite my room's location right by the elevator, it was pleasantly quiet inside. Overall, I had a very pleasant and smooth stay. A top recommendation, not only for event-goers at the Allianz Arena but also for a classic city trip!"

"Great location, very close to the Central Station. The room was a bit small, only enough space to open two suitcases, but it was newly renovated and very clean. Coffee and tea bags were provided. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Security is high as access to the building, room, and laundry room all require a PIN. For laundry, you need to download an app and pay; washing costs about 4 euros per load, and drying is 3 euros."

"the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about."

"Super Nice, because it is a long-term business trip, so I live for a long time. The hotel has a kitchen, and the kitchen utensils are also very complete. It is very convenient for me who live for a long time and need to cook by myself. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, and there is free coffee in the lobby!"

"Easy check-in & check-out with friendly reception. The room was very clean and tidy, big enough to open two large suitcases and to move around. Our room was facing towards a backyard, it was very quiet at night, no noise from nearby or inside the room, there weren't many cars on the main street either. Not sure if it was a heater or central heating but the room was warm and cosy all the time. The TV was nice and allowed screen mirroring. There were also charged laundry machines and dryers which looked very new and did the job properly. The surrounding environment felt safe to walk around at night. Although not many restaurants around, there were some big supermarkets. It took 3 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it took about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. It was a bit far away from Munich city centre, but 35 minutes travel time was ok for us. In general very nice! Will definitely consider staying again."
