It’s clear and good service, they can provide steam iron and storage the luggages on the first day or last day. It’s near to the exhibition and they can help us call a taxi.

Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking.

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing! There's a P+R parking lot right next door for just 1.5 Euros a night. I loved it so much that I've decided to stay here every time I visit Munich. The hotel also has so many thoughtful touches, but we arrived too late to explore them. Still, seeing that they have a dedicated movie room and a party room was really cool. The rooms were so affordable too; I booked two rooms for one night on Ctrip, and with all the discounts, it came out to just over a hundred euros total. Two great rooms for around a hundred euros – anyone who's stayed in hotels in Germany knows what an incredible deal that is! I will forever be a loyal fan of this place! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

You can check-in easily by yourself through the device at the reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots, pans, measuring cups, a cheese grater, plates, bowls, a kettle, and even a coffee maker. Cleaning supplies are located outside the room and can be accessed using the door card. Bed sheets and dish soap can be requested from housekeeping at any time. Checking out is easy; simply drop your card into the mailbox at the front office and click the checkout button via the email you received. Overall, it was excellent and very impressed!!

A very nice and clean hotel. Beautiful furnished room with a very comfortable bed, sufficiently large TV, beautiful bathroom with everything you need and a small kitchenette with a small washing basin a sufficiently large refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is very outside the city centre of Augsburg, but it is easy to reach with the car and quickly. This makes it relatively quiet to be located in a commercial area. I think there is a water cook in the room and the room could be cleaned quietly also a little more often because it was cleaned only once during my stay. However, it was a very pleasant stay. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to look for a cheap hotel but doesn't want to give up comfort is well suspended in this hotel. I will come back in any case.

I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!

Shortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

I absolutely loved this hotel experience. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. Certainly my go to place to stay in Munich if I visit again. Super clean, quirky, luxurious interior. Clean water. Right room temperature. Powerful shower head. Quiet. Excellent kitchenette facilities. I would come back here again!

The location is easy to find, just navigate there. Parking in the underground garage is 16 euros a night. Parking on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance is free. The two single beds can be moved at will. They can be separated into twin beds or combined together into a double room. The air conditioning is very warm. There is a kitchen, complete with tableware and utensils, and free dishcloths and detergents that can be taken away when checking out. There is free hot water, coffee, and milk in the lobby on the first floor 24 hours a day. You need to bring your own cup to pick it up. Breakfast costs 17 euros per person, which I personally feel is not worth it. There are no hot dishes, just simple bread, a few slices of fruit, and sausages. No toiletries, no slippers, just bath towels. There is only one room.

The balcony was nice, allowing for some fresh air. The area is relatively quiet, which was nice. There are free washing machines on each floor, so bring your own laundry detergent. Germany's weather is quite dry, so clothes will be dry by the next evening. Breakfast isn't provided, but they do sell instant noodles.

Overall Ok. Room rate was very reasonable but we were charged Euro 23 for parking and our room was located on the ground floor, the parking lot was next to our window. We arrived rather late after visiting the Mercedes Benz Museum and decided to have our dinner at the hotel’s bar & restaurant. Food and service were good.
