Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing.
I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip.
Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest.
Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion.
Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity.
In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

11Finn1FilipinoMe and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful.
The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken.
Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime.
There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat.
It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket.
All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

MMrBlueSkyThere's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

A shopper bag as a gift. Delicious coffee! Very clean, stylish, thoughtful inside and a wonderful area outside. The city center is within walking distance. The only downside: the ventilation was quite noisy. Advice: check your email and SMS, there is all the necessary information on how to get into the building.

部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。
全体的に綺麗なホテルです。
部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。
コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。
トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。
共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします）
屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。
サウナもあります。
立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。
手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です）
事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。
値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

JJIJINGWhen I booked, I fancy this hotel with a good location, right next to the tikkurila train station. It is very convenient to stay in whether it is from the airport or by train from another city. Finnish hotels are not cheap, and this chain is not bad. There are still some tableware and kettles in the room, you can take a light meal, but the range hood really didn't understand it, there is no pipe, and the smoke is directly from the top. The smoke is still in the room. Self-service check-in, no front desk, poor survivability is a bit challenging. The hotel has a shared washing machine, which is good.

JJackhalohaFacility a few km from Helsinki, easily accessible by Bolt services, etc. Well arranged and well cleaned rooms. The only negative note is the check-in service, we weren't given the entry code and it was hard to enter the facility.
