I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Locatated at the Albert Dock meant that you were pretty close to a lot of the attractions like the Beatles Story Museum. But coming from the railway station would take about 20+ mins by walk. The walking distance would not be ideal if you had large luggages. Even if you took the bus, it would only get you to the Liverpool One shopping mall, with another 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was suited to our needs. They also had their in-house washers and dryers (without needing to cost extra) so that was very much appreciated. Would consider coming here again our next visit.

Apartment was very nice, it could have been cleaner though, room had a damp smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t nice, even keeping windows open didn’t help, facilities were good, had everything I needed. Definitely not luxury but nice.

The studio apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. We did not eat there, but there was always coffee, tea and milk for the asking at the front desk. We arrived early and was able to check in to the room and when leaving, they held our luggage til that afternoon at no charge. The location was great and walkable for all we wanted to do in Liverpool, very centrally located. Quite at night, blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and nice fluffy towelsbut the shower door was not engaging properly and some water was on the floor. Will stay again!

I was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.

Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc.
On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him.
Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

Clean and spacious.
The staff were very friendly.
The inside of the washing machine was dirty, so I had to buy a laundry cleaner, but it's good to have a washing machine.
The water pressure in the shower was very strong, so I was satisfied.
There's a Tesco Superstore right next door, where you can buy detergent, water, food, etc.
Hotel location modification is required on Google Maps. If you search for a hotel and find a way, you will be guided to the other side of Gradwell Street. The entrance to the hotel is on Duke Street.

Lovely clean hotel that is a stone throw away from Albert Docks and the city centre. The apartment is homely, the lounge & kitchenette is spacious with a separate bedroom and wardrobe space. It was ideal for a family stay, we’ve stayed here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Thank you

Excellent location by the waterfront & walkable into town. Lovely room with small kitchen & huge walk in shower. Reception area very welcoming & nice sofas to sit on with huge windows. The free breakfast was excellent with everything you wanted. Staff were so friendly & nothing was too much trouble as it was very busy, being a weekend & difficult at times to find a table & food had to be replenished often. However the staff were always courteous & kept very busy clearing tables & topping up food.,

Great night away for boyfriends birthday perfect for what we want. Only issue was that I didn't have the code to get in and when I rang they had been trying to contact me through Expedia despite me booking it through trip.com, staff were very quick to sort out the issue and get us into the apartment

Great place to stay if you want budget friendly with everything you need. Plenty of space, full size fridge, a dishwasher and Crocker etc. The only downside, the bed is very firm. They did give us an extra quilt which helped to solve the problem.

The location is convenient, close to the train station and shopping malls, and a ten-minute walk to the pedestrian street. It's quiet at night. The room was well-equipped and clean. Better than I expected.
