"We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃"

"Many people recommended the cabin, so I booked it. However, I'd suggest choosing the 'Rooms' option instead, especially if your budget allows and you don't plan on cooking. "Очень чисто! Свежие просторные апартаменты, фото соответствуют. Жили с подругой неделю, всё необходимое для проживание было в наличии - посуда, швабры, тряпки, постельно белье, полотенца. Кровать удобная, подушки одеяла и белье с запасом. Расположение удобное - магазин Спар прямо в доме, подъемник в пешей доступности (сноубордистам - по железной лестнице вниз и по дороге вверх чуть пройти в горку, лыжникам лучше по трассе обойти). На первом этаже есть свой шкафчик для хранения лыж/сноубордов с кодовым замком, очень удобно. Балкон не использовали - холодно было, вид оттуда боковой на горы, прямой - на сарай или гараж какой-то. Из минусов - пол холодный, берите тапки, слышимость - если соседи шумные, спать нормально без беруш не получится, ну и стиралки нам не хватило. Еще до помойки идти далековато, чтобы накопившийся мусор выбросить."
