We had a really nice stay — it truly felt like home! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was kind and responsive, which made the experience even better.
One small suggestion though: it would be great to include a short video or clip with the instructions (like check-in steps or how to use certain appliances). It would make it easier to follow rather than reading through a long list of directions. Overall, a warm and pleasant stay that we’d definitely recommend!
For our check in, we didn't see the room number. It takes 30mins to confirm if it was the right room since no signage. But when we enter the room, it was nice and clean. Also the place was so quiet and the kitchen have complete amenities. My only suggestion is that they can also provide slippers since we did not wear any. We also forgot to bring one. But over all, our stay was very good and we can also recommend it to our friends.
There were three of us staying here, and we absolutely loved the apartment! The location is superb, right near the city center, so there was no need to use the metro at all. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a large heated towel rail, consistently hot water, and a big smart TV. The bed and even the sofa were already made when we arrived, which was a really nice touch, thank you! There's also a pretty spacious balcony accessible from both rooms. Parking is available for 15 euros/day. The only downside is that when you turn on the light in the toilet, the ventilation automatically kicks in for about 10-15 minutes. It's incredibly noisy – you can hear it even through two closed doors! Haha.
It was a very self-service apartment. Although I didn't have any direct contact with the staff, they responded quickly to all my email inquiries. During my stay, which coincided with Christmas, many restaurants were closed, so I took the opportunity to cook in the apartment; the kitchen was fully equipped.
Attending Midnight Mass at a nearby church on Christmas Eve was a wonderful experience. There's a bus stop nearby, making transportation convenient.
Upon arriving we had trouble with parking as we were not given parking space as per our booking. We had to park by the roadside and copped a fine. It was also problematic using the code to enter the building. We were lucky we had help from other residents to get in. Apartment itself is well presented. Clean and comes with coffee machine, dish washer and washing g machine which I am happy with.
It's just a one-bedroom in an old house. The kitchen is very small but the kitchen is quite complete. There is a supermarket chain just two minutes away. You can buy breakfast and make it yourself. There is no check-out procedure for the apartment, just leave the key in the room and leave. Not far from the subway station, the Eye of Budapest is nearby, the church attraction is nearby in the other direction, and the central market is not far away. very quiet.
Located in Budapest (Budapest City Centre), Gozsdu Panzió is within a 10-minute walk of St. Stephen's Basilica and Hungarian State Opera House. This aparthotel is 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from Dohany Street Synagogue and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Budapest Christmas Market.
Guests will find features like a virtual front desk.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Conveniences include safes and sofa beds.
The bathroom had slight mold, and the sofa was a little dirty, but all other facilities were clean and well-stocked. There's plenty of transportation within a five-minute walk, and Lidl and Rossmann supermarkets are nearby. The room's soundproofing was a bit poor, but I emailed the manager and received a reply and the issue was resolved the same day, which I was very satisfied with. Overall, it was excellent! I would consider staying here again next time.
The facilities in this room are very new and clean, the room is large, all the kitchen utensils in the kitchen are very clean, the refrigerator is large, and there are basic seasonings.
The location of the room is particularly excellent, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the Capitol, Ferris wheel and other attractions! The host brother is a very gentle and polite person, very caring, the most intimate staff I have encountered in the whole of Europe, very understanding
It should be noted that the working hours of the front desk are until 5 pm, so if you check in later than 5 pm, you must carefully check the self-check-in method in the email ~

Nice and friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, I love the balcony! Also convenient location, easy to go to metro and tram station, very good The only thing need is that appliances are a bit old and the oven is not clean enough (but I didn’t need to use lol)
Excellent choice in Budapest. Very convenient and well located. Clean and cozy. The apartment was very well equipped. The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.
Perfect place, very comfortable location close to center, accessible through metro, tram and bus !! Excellent modern decoration, bedrooms baths, absolutely would go again !!!

Sandor is such a great and helpful host! The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus! The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.
The hotel offers self-check-in, and the check-in process is straightforward. However, if you're driving, it can be a little inconvenient as you have to go upstairs to get the garage key. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!
Good apartment to stay in for a few days. Close to the Budapest tram system, which can take you to the metro lines. Clean, tidy, and a comfortable stay. Has a limited kitchenet included as well, so you can cook some simple meals.
