With the price I paid, it's true that I got a really clean apartment room, the bathroom was clean, but unfortunately the air conditioner was a bit hot, but it's okay, maybe it can be improved. And downstairs it's directly to the mall so you can peek if you're bored in the room, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, next time.

2. Fasilitas dalam unit lengkap
Unit-unit dilengkapi AC, dapur/kitchenette, kulkas, TV, peralatan dapur, mesin cuci, WiFi. Banyak pengunjung menyebut dapurnya bersih dan perlengkapannya memadai.

DDita Ayu AstriniWe were first given a room with a leaking bathroom, but after reporting it to the receptionist, the issue was handled quickly and we were given a replacement room. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—every hotel staff member we passed always greeted us with a smile.
The only downside was that we had requested an anniversary message on the mirror via the app, but it wasn’t done. Other than that, if we ever come back to Garut, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.

SSams_awThe unit provided was different from what was ordered. In terms of cleanliness, it was fairly clean; however, the amenities were very minimal. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap provided, and there was not even any drinking water. The hot water did not work properly, although the air conditioning was cold and the TV worked well. Even at that price, it is expected that the unit matches what is advertised.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and is basically a hotel for Japanese people. The stay experience is very good. The room has a washing machine with dryer. All electrical appliances and bathrooms are Japanese brands and are very easy to use. The breakfast is also Japanese. The hotel also has a gym, a large bath, and a table tennis table. There are many restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the hotel, mainly Japanese restaurants, and a supermarket, which makes life convenient.
