"Great location with a cozy and pleasant living space. The host Ferruccio is incredibly warm and thoughtful! We four Chinese travelers booked last-minute due to schedule changes, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. He waited for us in advance, helped with luggage, patiently explained everything about the flat, and even prepared water and ice cream as a nice treat. The apartment is spotless, bright and spacious. Highly recommended!"

"Check-out is at 11 AM, but check-in isn't until 3 PM. You really need to plan your time accordingly, as the staff here are quite inflexible. It's been scorching hot in Rome these past few days. I booked several nights at this hotel, and they gave me a room with a faulty shower. When I asked to switch rooms in the afternoon, they refused, telling me to wait until tomorrow for someone to fix it. I could see there were other rooms available in their system, but the staff member then told me not to stare at their screen. She then switched to look for check-in information, trying to find my reservation. I had already told them that the faucet in room XX was broken. I then had to remind her that the check-in list she was looking at was for August, which is why she couldn't find my July reservation. In the end, I escalated the issue to Trip.com customer service and fixed the shower head myself. The front desk staff then belatedly informed me that I could switch rooms – *sigh*. Thanks to Trip.com for their proactive handling. I'm also leaving this review as a heads-up to my fellow Chinese travelers: stay safe when staying abroad and actively defend your rights!"

One of the biggest advantages was the free washing machine and dryer, which made our trip much more convenient. "Everything is as in the description: this is not the main four-star hotel, but its younger brother. Check-in at the main hotel, and accommodation in a neighboring building. Linen and towels are clean and in sufficient quantities. In the room: wardrobe, table, 1.5 chairs, kettle, tea set, minibar. It felt like the floor had not been washed; there was hair on the tiles when we arrived. You can buy breakfast at a nearby hotel for 20 euros per person per day - delicious, on the roof. The doors open/close very loudly, when people come/leave, it seems like someone is trying to break down the door, and the sound of the card reader is even worse. Everything is also complicated by the fact that the door can only be opened while the sound is sounding. Both we and the neighbors, judging by the sounds, applied the card, and then tried to open the door, at the same time. It would be a hundred times better if this was fixed."

A stay at Verso is a unique experience. The fire and passion of the Eternal City inspire its warm and luminous design. The building is decorated with beautiful marble staircases, large windows and French balconies, with the touch of the flourishing modern Italian architecture of the 50s and 60s. The apartments are equipped with everything you need to feel at home: rooms with comfortable beds, sofa beds and equipped kitchenettes. Located in the vibrant Trastevere, you'll be minutes away from completing everything on your bucket list! We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our Guest Experience Team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via Whatsapp and email.

"Convenient to train station (Roma Trastevere) for reaching Airport and Roma Termini, and walking distance (25-30mins) nearby tourist spots (Vatican City, Museum)  The apt itself is managed by hotel group with apps and website showing booking information.  I had to approach them via internet phone and it would be better if they pro-actively contacted me It is spacious but we were shocked with water leaking out after a short shower.   Although customer service put the technician in place next day, we were quite nervous if we chose the right hotel Overall satisfactory."

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

The room is small. There's Wi-Fi. The bathroom is shared between two rooms. There's shampoo, bar soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The room also has a fridge, a hot plate, a sink, and dishes. I stayed in mid-December, and the heating was only in the bathroom. The room temperature was comfortable even without additional heating.

**A Spotless Stay with Exceptional Support** This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight. While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

I didn't receive the room I paid for which was the superior room with balcony and sofa, instead a standard room without the balcony and sofa and small for 2 people for 4 nights. However the room was clean, a modern feel, the bathroom sink tap had limescale all over it and a flickering light, aircon really loud and noisy. Daily cleaners but one day came super early at 8am. Perfect central location, the fountain being a 6 minute walk away, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Overall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.
