This hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation.
The kitchenette is great
The apartment has an excellent location; it's within walking distance of the city walk and shopping areas, and Porta Nuova train station is also within easy walking distance. The M4 tram line is right outside, which is very convenient. Turin's public transport is very convenient, so there's no need to take a taxi. I took an Uber once, and it took 20 minutes to get there 😄. Nearby Chinese, Japanese, and Italian restaurants are all good choices based on Google reviews. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine (which was great) and they even provided a small bag of laundry detergent. The mattress was exceptionally soft. There's a kitchen, but no condiments. There's a shared workspace on the first floor where you can drink coffee, but only espresso is available in small and large sizes.
Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
Very comfortable apartment hotel, within 10 minutes walk from the city. Although it is an apartment hotel, there is a 24-hour front desk service. There are 4 free parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, but you have to take your luck. I booked two different rooms, one one bedroom and one living room, one is a loft-style, but the space is very large, there are washing machines, dishwashers, all kitchen utensils, even the washing machine is equipped with laundry coagulation beads, the dishwasher also has dishwashing salt, very careful, completely beyond expectations.

Great
GGuest UserBack to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation.

GGuest UserThere was a communication issue between trip.com and the “hotel” manager - I could not be contacted to make arrangements for the check in, so I ended up waiting 4h for someone to let us in….
The flat is in a good location in the city. It is at the first floor - looking directly in the street that stays lit all night long - with quite some traffic. So not so good on that part unless you are heavy sleeper.
Bed sheets with stains, spartiate flat.
SSahand SarvariThe house was beautiful, situated in a great location, impeccably clean, and wonderfully cozy. The team was professional and courteous, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. They even accompanied us to the house by car, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay.
UuulissiThe residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe host was so nice to pick me up from Serravale outlet bus station when I arrived for check in and sent me back later. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Taxi from outlet back to the place is €20.00 and with bus one way cost €2.30 from the Novi Ligure train station.
