The cleanliness is high, though kitchen utensils such as frying pans are quite worn, with handles that are particularly damaged. As the service is self-service, it follows that there is little in the way of service to speak of.
The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer.
And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,.
He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it.
Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality.
The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.
Good place and near to the convenient stores. The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector, but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor. No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early, especially if you are a tourist.
I stayed with a friend before. The price was very cheap and the room was wide 々, and the kitchen was equipped with all the tableware and microwaves, which was very helpful. There was a convenience store nearby, and it was not far from Hiroshima Station and it was a fun trip
Lovely little apartment with attention to detail and good amenities provided. Had everything you could need during your stay, even the kitchen was well-equipped. We stayed during summer so we really appreciated that both sleeping areas (two beds are off the living area and two beds are in the bedroom) had their own air conditioners which kept it nice and cool at night. Maximum 10 minute walk from the train station which, being the main central station, meant that we were quickly on our way to wherever we wanted to go. Fantastic taco place just few doors down and a supermarket just 2-5 minute walk with a great selection of prepared meals.
Hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station..but near Hiroshima Bus Terminal..
There is 7-11 downstairs.. There is a tram downstairs for one minute..
But the sound is a bit awkward next door..
Someone has been a little awkward upstairs at 12 o'clock in the evening..
In the evening, the hotel will come out with lights.. I will also turn off.. There are d eyes..
Overall ok
Clean room and bathroom, medium size, good location, easy to find and move around. The problem is: all the rooms 501, 502, 503 are on a 5th floor and there’s is no elevator; so you’ll have to carry up your suitcase. Also, floors 2 to 4 are not part of the hotel, so be aware of the noise if you arrive late at night. And, there’s is no place to or way to keep your luggage after check out (check out is at 10am, so if your next train leaves later during the day of check out; you’ll have to take the luggage with you)

RRicardo RouxinolGreat place. Check-in is done by yourself, but it’s fine.
The apartment has everything that you may need, such as laundry machine. The bathroom can also be used as a dryer.
Location is good, many restaurants nearby as well as Karaokes.
The kitchen is good, the place was clean and well organized.
GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I would like to introduce it to my friends.
DDiaoliangmeizhibanFeel the Japanese accommodation experience with a small amount. The kitchen equipment pots and pans are all complete. The bathtub can automatically put water in the bathtub. The second-room compartment upstairs can get a good sleep quality.
