"The building is old. Facilities and amenities are not satisfactory. It's very close to the Shinkansen station, so I can see that it's a hotel that flourished a little ago. It seems that there was a restaurant on the 2nd floor, a club on the 1st floor, and a shop on the top floor that can play billiards. It is an image that it has been abolished with the current of the times. I don't recommend it, but I thought it was a clean hotel for the old. There are some difficult points such as adjusting the hot water in the bath, but I think it is enough as a business hotel in the countryside of Minami Uonuma. I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel, but I think it's good for those who want to enjoy their trip. I think I can stay again!"

"Big house that can accommodate 12 ppl, and it's one of the very few houses in Yuzawa that has 2 bathrooms (which is essential for 12 ppl). Gas stove is available for hotpots. House A is slightly better than House B as House A has 2 parking spaces right outside the house while House B only has 1, and House B only has 1 bathroom. Also, House A has an exclusive snowboard boots rack while customers of House B can only put all the shoes and boots inside their House."
