The hotel is very stylish, but the check-in is self-service, which I couldn't do by myself and wasted some time. There is a bar on the first floor, where you can have a drink. The room is very clean and well decorated. The bedding and furniture are all new, and it feels very clean and hygienic.

Alpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy. Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward . Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street. Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk. For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper. The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support. If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you . There is even a balcony ! Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room! Rooms are big . Would definitely stay here again.

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

泊まる前に口コミで色々みたが、口コミ通りの低評価。まず最初にフロントが分かりにくい。2階上がって暑い中チェックイン。次に通された部屋が今回は5階だったが、その一室がものすごくカビ臭い。天井はカビだらけ。キッチン上の換気扇とお風呂の換気扇フル稼働。エアコンつけて最初のうちは窓も開けて換気。30分経ってもカビ臭さは無くならず、しまいには喉がイガイガしてきてこれは無理だと思いフロントに言い、部屋を変えて欲しいと行ったらすんなり変えてくれた。この点はよかったかな。隣の部屋に移ったがこちらもカビが生えてた。けど、最初の部屋よりはマシって事でこの部屋にした。もちろん、この部屋でも換気扇フル稼働。だけど、この部屋はお風呂の換気扇が使えなかった。お風呂の水圧は問題なかったし温度もちょうど良く調整できた。布団のシーツは口コミ通り黄ばみがすごい。服を着たままでも座りたくないくらい。全体的にぱっと見は綺麗だが、色々よく見ると汚いなぁと思う部屋だった。 駐車場は早いもん勝ちで停めれなかった場合は違うとこに停めるらしい。立地はよかったかなと思う。パイナガマビーチは目の前だし、ファミマが近い、ランドリーも近い。次の宮古島でもこの辺がいいが、でも次はこのホテルはないかな。

The hotel did not provide a check-in password or QR code, but the automatic check-in system asked for it. I called the hotel immediately but there was no response. Finally, luckily, I met a guest who had already checked in to help. After a series of check-in procedures, such as requiring the guest to take recent photos, take IDs, fill in information, etc., the problem was successfully solved. This guest also complained that he was also crazy when checking in. In addition, this self-service check-in system also has other problems, such as the Chinese and English versions are different, and the system response is also very slow. Other aspects are still OK. The room is large, well-equipped, convenient store nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Very clean hotel and comfortable. There is also a bathtub It was saved for a tired body. There are few coin parking in the neighborhood, so it is a little 1500 yen and expensive, but it is easier to use the hotel parking lot. (I found a place for 550 yen by walking for more than 10 minutes for cheapness...)

The hotel is right next to Chiling Station. Self-driving passengers also have a private parking area. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the International Pass. The location is really impeccable. The hotel is like a small apartment concept. The counter is on the second floor. After checking in, you can choose what you need in the room (toothbrush, comb, razor... etc.), and the concept of environmental protection is very good! The balcony can watch the sunset, or you can look at the monorail opposite. The small disadvantage is that there is only sound insulation outside the sound of the car on the side of the road. Others are not bad. It can be used as the last day of accommodation. It is only 10 minutes to take a taxi to the airport.

Clean and hygienic, the sound insulation effect is very good, even if you wash clothes at night, it will be fine The room has a small kitchen for cooking, and it also comes with pots, pans and dishwashing liquid! It's really great. There's a dryer on top of the washing machine, but you need to buy laundry detergent separately. Overall, it's very good! Highly recommended, and it’s super close to Kokusai Street and there’s a supermarket just around the corner, very convenient.

Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it.

We used it for 2 days on a couple's trip. Located about 5 minutes walk from International Street and about 2 minutes walk to convenience stores. The room was built like a one-room condominium, and it was good that the bath and toilet were separate 々. The bed was a double bed but I felt a bit small. Amenities are also available. Towels are set in the room on the first day, but on the second day you will take them to the room by yourself from the lobby side. There was also breakfast, but I did not use it. There are only this facilities, and it is very thankful for two nights and less than 10000 yen, and I would like to use it next time if I have a chance. It is a negative point that the bed is a bit small, but it is a hotel that is sufficiently satisfactory.
