"The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk. Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes. Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided. Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset. Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"Out of the entire 10 day trip, this hotel was the best one out of all 4 hotels we've been to. My mum was sick and had a fever. We went to the hotel early to check in, and the cleaner lady was very very kind to let us sit in a random room first for my mum to rest. She even cleaned our room first for my mum to rest earlier. It was clean, had a washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, a couch, a smart TV, a airconditioner with a remote (surprisingly this is note worthy, because other hotels we had to get up to adjust the temperature) . All of these made the room even more comfortable, as we didnt need to travel to other levels of the hotel just to get water or microwave food. The bed was very comfortable, and one of the most comfortable sleep I had the whole trip. I would have loved to stay longer at this hotel, and if I go back to Osaka, this hotel is definitely going to be the hotel I book again. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Kudos to the team."

"Prime location, near major station which we can go directly to the airport. The only problem is about the noise from some machine in the room I guess. At around 3AM, there was some beep beep sounds which woke me up. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. I would definitely book this hotel again if I go to Osaka next time :D"

"Had a great experience! It was really convenient to have the toilet and shower separate. There was absolutely no strange odor in either the room or the bathroom. The entryway light even turned on automatically, so you're not fumbling in the dark when you walk in. What's more, there's a washing machine! With the hot weather, clothes get sweaty after just one day, so being able to wash them anytime was super convenient!! The room and bedding were very clean. The only thing was quite a few stains on the floor, but I assume those are just accumulated marks from previous guests that are difficult to remove. As for the location, I personally found it excellent. Right outside the station, there's a huge supermarket. If you're trying to save money, you can buy dinner there and heat it up back in your room. The fridge is also a standard size for one person, with plenty of space for drinks. I hope I'll have the chance to stay here again next time. Thank you for your hospitality."

"We enjoyed our Stay. It's a new hotel and built in 2024. Love their design and decorations with yellow color. Especially the guest room, comfy chairs and pillows you can relax and enjoy free treats with 2 cute minions. 😊 Staff are very nice and attentive. Good location and cleanliness."

"Very spacious place for two adults and I love their balcony. There is a washing machine in the toilet but no dryer. Overall, their staff are attentive and it’s good if you want to stay few days and wash your clothes. However, it’s a bit far from the places of interests and you either need to walk 10 mins to the usual train stations or 20-30 mins walk to the downtown."

"The room isn't large, but it's conveniently located. It's suitable for sleeping and showering only. You get what you pay for. Self-check-in is quite convenient, but there was a small mishap during check-out (though customer service handled it quickly). It's more suitable for couples or solo travelers. Families with children might find it less convenient."

"Excellent apart-hotel. - It's clean, new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Each room has a washing machine, a separate toilet, and in the bathroom, you can turn on the ventilation with heating all night to dry your laundry. Washing powder is provided at the reception. - The room also includes a mini-kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and stove. However, there are no dishes whatsoever. You can ask for a frying pan at the reception, and we were also given two table knives. This wasn't a problem, as supermarkets offer plenty of delicious ready-to-eat meals. - The hotel's location is a bit peculiar – there are many metro and train stations nearby, but it's an area frequented by less fortunate and homeless individuals. Every morning, we saw volunteers feeding them. These people are completely harmless and even add a certain charm, but you should be prepared for this. - The quality and price of the hotel outweighed this minor drawback for us. It was on the balcony of this very hotel that I stood, feeling sad about leaving Japan, a country I had come to love with all my heart. Standing on the balcony, gazing at morning Osaka, A poignant feeling of imminent departure. Japan, I will return, despite all principles ❤️"

"The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, so I'd definitely re-visit. I especially loved that I could take as many amenities as I needed from the first floor, and the coffee was excellent."
