"Mohamed was a great host; he even looked after me from arrival and called my transfer company for me as the driver wasn't at the airport. He was there at the apartment to welcome me. The apartment was very comfortable, and I felt really safe in this area. I loved the walks to attractions. Great amenities throughout the apartment - everything was working and super comfortable. There is some traffic outside, but it's a busy city, so that's expected due to the location - lots of cafes, shops, and bars within walking distance. Gueliz is a nice area. Big thanks to Mohamed for all his advice, recommendations, and hospitality.10/10 host."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night."

"All the staff members at this hotel were wonderful and helpful, however the hotel did not live up to my expectations. It was located near a construction site and I did not feel safe venturing out after dark to look for food. So I skipped dinner and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which made me feel queasy the rest of the day. The TV did not work and the light switches were confusing. After breakfast, my room key stopped working and I couldn't get into my room. Luckily there was a maid in the hallway and she left me in. My room had a kitchenette with a sink and cabinets but wasn't even stocked with a plate, utensils or even a glass. I bought some crisps and a soft drink in the convenience store on site, it would have been nice to have a plate and glass. The hotel where I stayed for the previous two nights was much better appointed, in a better location and much cheaper. Getting a taxi to and from there was challenging and frustrating."

"Ma famille et moi avons passé 2 nuitées dans ce très joli appartement. Tout était au rdv: propreté (et Dieu sait qu’on est très difficile sur ce point là), design et l’hospitalité à la marocaine. Bien qu’il soit en centre ville, l’appartement est insonorisé: on n’entends ni les bruits extérieurs et ni les voisins (pourtant la résidence était complète). Présence de climatiseurs central et d’appoint (dans chaqu’une des chambres). On a pas senti les 40 degrés de l’extérieur. Dans la cuisine, on y trouve frigo, machine à laver, bouilloire, cafetière, plancha, four à micro onde et table de cuisine. Et tout ça en état irréprochable. Pour la voiture, un garage en sous-sol est dispo, plus un parking privé. Je remercie tout particulièrement Khawla pour son accueil et son joli sourire et Houcine qui est d’une serviabilité extraordinaire. Ils feront de votre expérience un séjour inoubliable. Mention spéciale au proprio qui est un monsieur humble et courtois. Je recommande à 1000%."

"I originally booked this apartment because it was a modern apartment with an elevator, so I didn't have to carry luggage manually like a traditional riad. But I experienced the horror of the elevator here. After entering the elevator, all the buttons did not respond after going up, including the alarm button. Moreover, the interior of the elevator is small and stuffy, and can only accommodate one person and one piece of luggage. I had no choice but to bang on the door and shout for help. Fortunately, someone heard the sound and came out. I immediately went to the front desk, but was told calmly: Their elevator requires three fingers to be pressed together and the knuckles to be pressed together. **! After traveling so many places, the first time I encountered the elevator buttons, I needed special training! I suggest those who are timid not to choose this restaurant."

"Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool was good and moreover the ambience is really good. Friendly staff is a highlight."
