The room was clean and comfortable but there were no full length mirror and ironing facilities in the room. Have to go to another level to iron your clothes which is very inconvenient. Furthermore the room where they place the iron is very hot, no fan or aircond there. And no place to hang your ironed clothes if you have more than one.
This time I rented a family-style room at the hotel. It had two bedrooms and two living rooms, making it very spacious. Unlike other hotels, they didn't provide cleaning or bed linen changes for five nights. There was a water dispenser and microwave in the common area. Although there was an elevator, you had to use the stairs to enter the hotel; it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, so I had to eat breakfast at a nearby food stall, which was quite good. (See photos)
Although we only needed a one bedroom apartment, we booked a two bedroom as that was all that was available at the time. We were really looking forward to having some space after spending the last couple of weeks in hotel rooms, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a 3 bedroom apartment as none of the two bedrooms were ready. It was fabulous, lots of space and way up on the 32nd floor which makes for quite the view. Great place, the pool was fantastic and it's in a great location with a small beach out front (note this is not walkable at high tide).
Thing that could be better is a few more supplies/furnishings. Although we had a balcony, there were no tables or chairs for outside (we did ask but nothing was available) and although we had dishes and cutlery for 6 people there was only one medium sized frying pan and one medium sized saucepan, which made for some creative cooking. But we would go back again especially for a longer stay.
This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍
The room was extremely comfortable overall — it was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with everything feeling new and in great condition. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. I especially appreciated how tidy and well-kept the room was, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back again on my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to others.
My family had a wonderful stay at this homestay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided, making it feel like a home away from home.
The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available to answer questions or provide local recommendations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Stayed at Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang and had a pleasant experience overall.
The location is quite convenient, situated between George Town and Batu Ferringhi. It’s not right in the busy Georgetown area, which I actually appreciated for a quieter stay, but still easy to get around.
The room feels new and well-maintained, and the amenities are solid. One highlight for me was the shower. The water pressure is strong, which makes a big difference after a long day out.
They also provide complimentary parking for guests, which is very convenient if you’re driving.
Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Would consider coming back
The hotel's location is ideal, and there's a parking lot available. Transportation is quite convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Seven-Eleven and restaurants, and the front desk offers 24-hour service. We stayed in a triple/quad room on the 31st floor, which had floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, offering expansive views of the city center. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option.
Centrally located. A new Service apartment located at A McAllister Road. Swimming pool on the top floor was good and scenic, with a nice strong Jacuzzi section. Gym sector was very good. Rooms just nice for three people. Basic cooking facilities available front desk owner responsible for for check-in and check out and validate the parking facility. Any room service problem will need to contact the hotel management in the different number.
The building is very new. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the 27th floor, and the balcony view was fantastic. The room was extremely clean with fresh and comfortable decor. The bedding and towels were new and spotless.
The hot and cold water dispenser was super convenient, with clear instructions posted right next to it. It was very quiet at night, without the usual rumble of Southeast Asian motorcycles. The location is convenient, within walking distance to many teahouses where you can enjoy a local breakfast. The only thing to note is that the smaller bedroom has no window, but there was no strange odor in the room, so it wasn't an issue at all.

MMiniA55The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.
YYoyo CHVery kind receptionist in lobby, who assisted my dad from the seat when noticing him having difficulties to get up.
The unit was very clean, though a little bit of smell in toilet, i think it’s due to the piping system of high-rise building.
Nice front room with city view. The another room besude entrance is a bit crowded. No wardrobe/clothes hanger, only coat stands.
Convenient location with various local eateries in walking distance.
Value for the money.

TTszHo778The day before your arrival, the room service will message you about key collection. Just show your check-in confirmation to the security guard downstairs, ask them to open the door, and grab your key from the left. Customer service will send you a comprehensive document; make sure to read it carefully, as it's very well-organized. The building is disinfected daily, and the elevators are kept clean. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store right downstairs. I was on the 22nd floor, and the noise wasn't too noticeable. The view was also quite good, and the room rate was incredibly reasonable—much better than what I experienced in Guangzhou. Unless you're staying in a high-end four or five-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend this type of serviced apartment for travel. If you're considering guesthouses in George Town and have high expectations for your accommodation, I wouldn't really suggest them. The motorcycle noise there is beyond imagination, and since it's a heritage area, their sewage system is quite old. However, if you're not particular, it can offer a unique charm. Overall, everything was great. The residents here are very friendly, and I never had to wait long for the elevator, contrary to what some online reviews mentioned. My longest wait was never more than 30 seconds. A local driver told me that this is a newer area, so the location isn't ideal for tourists if you want to walk everywhere; you'll need to take a taxi unless you're driving. But I personally found it quite good. If you plan on exploring, you'll need to taxi to George Town daily, which is usually about a 15-minute ride, so that's a bit of a downside. Otherwise, I'd choose this type of travel accommodation over a four or five-star beachfront hotel. I had a spacious apartment all to myself, which was fantastic. These are all my thoughts, and I hope they help with your decision.
GGuest UserEasy and clear self check in instructions provided.
Rooms are clean and as described.
Walking distance to gurney paragon.
Comfortable stay, will come back again in future.

GGuest UserStayed 3D2N at this hotel. Great location with many coffee shops nearby and the room was clean.
However, parking is inconvenient — no free parking. Outside parking costs RM40 per night, while the building parking (Level 5/6) is RM9 per day but the spaces are very narrow.
The biggest issue is the lifts. Only 4 lifts for 36 floors, and waiting time can be up to 30 minutes during peak hours. Lifts are often full before reaching mid-level floors, and the capacity is small.
Management should seriously look into improving this.
CCindy1105NO RECOMMEND!
1. Fan and aircond in the living room are very old.
2. Fan and aircond in the second room also quite old.
3&4 Blanket already torn but still provided for us to use.
5.First toilet got two shampoos, second toilet got one shampoo and one shower gel — how to wash body? Need to share or use shampoo as body wash.
6.Second toilet shower pipe leaking when using.
7. Washing machine cannot be used from third day. They said will come to fix, but need to wait long — end up have to bring clothes home to wash, LOL.
8. Saw baby cockroach inside the unit.
9. Power plug in the room is loose.
10.Toilet and room got no good smell.
Also this,
Not sure if you believe this — my cousin can see ghost. At night or sometimes in midnight, all of us smelled “bunga melati” (jasmine) scent. My cousin, who slept in bedroom 1, heard someone knocking the window loudly. After that, she slept in the living room instead. The smell came again, sometimes very strong and badly — all of us in the kitchen and living room could smell it. Quite creepy!
Maybe because house besides the Hospital!
GGuest UserWe had a truly pleasant stay at this suite. The unit was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh and clean sheets that made our stay even more relaxing. It was fully equipped with all the essential amenities, including a hair dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and even a washing machine — which made everything very convenient.
The facilities were outstanding. There are several types of swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that offers a great view and relaxing atmosphere. The property also features a sauna room and a well-equipped gym, adding even more value to the overall experience.
They also provided us with two parking spaces located conveniently near the elevator, which made it very easy for us to access the suite. The only minor downside is the parking entrance, as you need to drive up a spiral ramp until Level 10, which may feel a bit long for some drivers.
On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the spacious suite and excellent facilities provided.
The host was very responsive, friendly, and polite, ensuring smooth communication from start to finish. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
