As with most guests at this hotel, we came here for an overnight stay as part of our dinner plans at the extraordinary UNDER restaurant. Our stay was for one night 08/31/2022 to 09/01/2022. What we didn't expect was to be within walking distance to the restaurant & to have a miraculous view from our room. The staff were very accommodating with our requests, especially with knowledge of what to expect for our dining adventure. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles & and easily got an upgraded room facing UNDER from our bedroom. The view along made our initial long drive to this small coastal city worth the effort. We were also gifted two tickets to see the famous lighthouse, which sits at the very southern most tip of Norway. The hotel restaurant is a hidden gem and the lunch we had felt local, fresh and with so much flavor. We look forward to coming back with other friends who are curious about the entire experience.
