The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.๐ The room is clean and the room ac is nice! ๐๐ฅถ
I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. ๐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. ๐ฅบ๐ And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. ๐ค๐คซ๐ด But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri ๐ซก๐๐

Very nice and cozy place, malapit lang siya sa mall kaya hussle free if you want to buy something, clean and tidy pa mga utensils and most of all yung nagustuhan ko ay gery accomodating sila when we arrived there. Highly recommended po if you wanted to go tagaytayโฆ secured pa yung area ๐๐๐ill stay here again for leisure๐ฅฐ

Napakagandqng experience namen ng pqrtner ko , unang dating palang ramdam mo ang warm welcome ng staff malinis at napaka relaxing ng room convinient ang location, mqy fast wifi at tahimik ang paligid. Tahimik sa gabi kaya maganda ang tulog namin. Salamat sa hotel team at napakaganda ng inyong serbisyo. Highly recommended . Siguradong babalikqn namen ang pag stay sa inyong place. Maraming salamat.

Located at a quiet and peaceful location at Central nuvali, quite far from shopping malls. The host will contact you proactively through email, WhatsApp for self check in instructions. Great facilities, there is a washer, smart TV, and kitchen supplies. Highly recommended for long stay or staycation.

The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this.

We just want to add some suggestion for a much great experience for others: Just add some kitchenware like bowls, knife, etc. For bathroom, a bucket will be helpful and lastly, disposable slippers.

GGuest UserRou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

GGuest UserThe location, place, and room are excellent kahit po naligaw kami๐ญ, the only problem is the Wi-Fi, but overall it's good naman lahat yung wifi lang talaga, and also it says that the room can accommodate 5 pax but kulang po yung blankets, may nakita kaming mga blanket ata sa may bed pero ma-alikabok na po. I didn't expect na sobrang lamig sa tagaytay, but again all goods po siyaโwe cleaned the unit before we leave kasi we want to comeback pa po hehe๐ keep it up po, god blessedโก

SSydney44The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.
