It has a long tradition and uses traditional keys. It's amazing! I myself was confused about how to use the key. It was a special experience. The smell of cooking fumes from the building behind us entered the 7th floor. The carpet in the room had a strange odor. The room's wifi was almost unusable.

We stayed at Thompson Suites for 1 night, and it felt so good to be here! I honestly didn’t expect the place to be this extravagant compared to what I saw from Google Maps and Trip.com reviews. Everything was perfect, and my friends and I really loved our stay. The location is very convenient—close to everything and any activities. The lobby smelled so relaxing, the guards were approachable, and the amenities and toiletries were excellent. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area, especially the lockers where we could keep our things before swimming. The only small challenge for me was using the rice cooker since it didn’t have English labels, but that was just a minor thing. Overall, everything was amazing! Special thanks to Rose, who was very accommodating and showed us around. She was so helpful. We were even able to wash our clothes after swimming, which was very convenient. We really loved everything here and would definitely come back!

Over all stay was good. All though there were trash in the trash bin when we arrives, the room smells though but easily went away after spraying perfume, and the bed pillow cases have smell too. It doesn't smell like it was washed before the stay so we had to cover it before using. Amenities are good, the staff were nice, the owner is responsive too. Toiletries were also provided.

The view from the room on the top floor was beautiful. It was only a minute's walk to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

I would say the hotel gets 10/10 for everything and except the some amenities which are quite old on the property but that doesn’t stop you from enjoying other amazing things offered. Breakfast is made to order and not Buffet but the quality of the food is amazing specially the omelette which was filling and delicious. Location- You could basically walk to all major attractions in Manila except the Venice canal mall. Clubbing and Fun- There are loads of Japanese and Korean style bars and clubs in the doorstep but trust you won’t have the disturbance at night. As a dad and a family man I’m happy that property restricts smoking in all common areas including the rooms but smoking should be made more accessible and should have rain sheds while it’s raining you can’t enter there. There’s no onsite bar in this hotel and I would loved to have one in the premises. We stayed in the apartment type room with kitchen and had little to no issues with their quality of service. Only 1 thing I would say as a recommendation to the hotel - Kindly check all your power sockets in that wing (A3-7) it’s tripping and it’s a safety hazard. Overall very happy with their service and definitely worth the price we paid. Will I come again - Yes Until next time cheers

The room was clean and tidy. It's located close to the heart of BGC, surrounded by businesses and restaurants, making it a very convenient place to stay. Facilities: Complete and well-equipped. Environment: Excellent. Service: Excellent. Highly recommended.

We have a great experienced with my family on the room. It has a complete amenities that you can use and no need to buy except food. My kid really enjoyed the place. We will surely stay again in the future.
