We were settled in apartments with sea view, on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, the guys are very hard and always going to meet, we even offered to help with the purchase of tickets to the ZD to Tbilisi! We had no food, breakfast where it came down, including downstairs. Staff are also respectful and kind. Another cool cafe in the neighboring house over the corner. The elevators are walking clearly, their 3 passengers. The room is spacious, there is a place to turn, with/w too. Boler stood on the ECO, so when you wash your head well, the others will not get and had to wait. We still had a bad opening of the bathroom door (shooked the floor) and a stream of the shelter. Located in Batumi's old town, the hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the beach. The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

Отель действительно соответствует стоимости межсезонья, отдыхали в январе. В сезон не могу рекомендовать данное размещение, скорее удобный вариант для деловых коротких поездок. Комната чистая, но уставшая. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое. Большой минус - запах канализации в туалете. Чайник есть в общей зоне, холодильника нет, только в столовой зоне персонала, нам разрешили оставлять там продукты. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Уборка номера и смена полотенец по запросу. Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, у порта, из окна видно море, везде ходили пешком.

Thank you to the hotel for the gift provided for my anniversary: ​​flowers and a bottle of champagne, it was very nice! ☺️ Breakfasts are good! There is even an individual approach (to the child), which is very important for little eaters.. I liked the hotel 🏨, the staff is wonderful!

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there.
