"🧻Quite stingy on the towels. They won't automatically change out your towels. One night I came back to the hotel and used the towel provided on the bed. I thought it was new, but it had very strong chlorine or water smell. Not sure if the cleaner had folded the same used one in the toilet and put it on the bed. I think they generally don't have enough towels because they don't want to provide extra towels if you already have 2 in the room. Maybe it's because of Sustainability efforts, but because that towels feel worn and dirty, I feel like they should be changed every night. 🦐Room service of the seafood pasta is a miss. Located near the sea hence thought the seafood would be fresh, but prawn heads are black. Meat is very soft and lumpy. Means they have kept the seafood for a long time. 🏊🏽Swimming pool is a very bright place, nice and very clean. Starts from 8am to 8pm. 🏛️Architecture of the hotel is very vintage style and vast. 🍛Breakfast buffet starts from 7am is not super, although ✅the milktea cart man is amazing. Overall the breakfast buffet and room service food (I only ordered one seafood pasta meal) wasnt a good experience for me at all. 🎶Below the hotel there is a sexy dancers club, hence you might hear loud music reverberations if you are located on the lower levels. I was located on level 11, and the music thumping could still be felt into the wee hours. Luckily I was on level 11, so the thumping still tolerable. Connecting room walls are very thin. Can hear the Chinese man speaking next door. 🤢Bathroom sink has no stopper, goes straight to the pipe. 🌊Sea view room was great！！Room floor cleanliness is ok. Bring your own hair conditioner."

"Always stay in this hotel when I want a staycation in JB. This is the first time I tried their breakfast. The experience was lousy. The manager asked me to sit outside which is far from the buffet. I asked to stay in but he said inside is for 4 persons. I believed that there was no sitting inside. But after I went in there are many empty seats and tables for 2 persons. I just continue to get a table for 2 inside the restaurant. Worst of all, the manager came to me and asked me why I don’t sit at the table he gave me. I told him that I will sit inside of outside, he showed face to me! I like this hotel but I will not go for hotel buffet breakfast again.  Food also not nice and refill is very slow."

"The hotel room service is very good with prompt answers and they are very fast and quick in delivering the items I requested for. Location is the best and very convenient. Front desk service staff are all very polite and friendly. But I would like to suggest a feedback for improvement, the toilet should be installed with blinds as the light can be glaring if we leave the toilet light switched on during sleep. Because the hotel bed is located just right beside the toilet."

"The room is clean and the cleaner help me to remote the smoke smell which is very useful. The front desk Khan helping me a lot to have a better understanding of the breakfast location and give me the good view for the room. Really appreciate it. Breakfast can have more variety and lighting for table to do work can further improve"

"The title of the apartment should fall under D'Esplanade instead of JB city Shoping Mall apartments as it is located at the D'Esplanade Residences. The apartment is clean amd fits up to 4 people. Bathtub is abit of a concern as it is made of of acrylic and when you step inside it feels like it will Crack. There is a bidetbspray hose but no bidet gun spray. The sink in the toilet is leaking underneath which causes the floor to be wet. There is also no shower curtain, and when showering , the water tend tobsplashnonnrhe floor outside.thr latch on the door is broken off, therefore unable to ensure safety if someone has the card access. Ease of getting the key and instructions is good. To check out during peak periods can have you waiting for the lift for at least 25bto 30 minutes form a high floor to the ground level, as there was one lift outbofb4, that was out of order. Overall stay is good. Walk down and on the left is KSL Horel and out from the apartment building is on the night market on Mondays."
