What i love the most is the pillow...so comfortable and i forgot to ask what the brand is because i feel so good while sleeping since i have a back pain. The food is delicious especially laksa sarawak..feel soooo good.The location is also nice within tourist attraction.

This is an above average hotel by far I've stayed. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at StayInn Apt which was just slightly cheaper but was way below this hotel's standard. We felt very comfortable staying here. In addition, it's very neat to many attractions within walking distance and there is a free bus 103 from open air market towards airport plus a few attractions on the way to airport. Highly recommended hotel for comfort and money worth.

I had a truly pleasant experience staying at the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching. The location is excellent—right by the waterfront—making it very convenient for sightseeing, relaxing walks, and exploring nearby attractions and eateries. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast had a good selection, with both local and international options, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special mention for the breakfast—it was truly awesome! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed being able to prepare my own Laksa. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants, a mall, and the Sarawak River.

Overall rooms are basic with towels, toilet necessities provided. The shower hot water & pressure is super for a refreshing bath. Inter room sound insulation is quite bad you can hear the next room talking or watching TV clearly. Front desk staff were helpful in explaining the hotel policy. The hotel needs to look into their breakfast with better food varieties and the amount of food being served. We came down around 7:30am with most of the trays empty. Kitchen staff should also be trained to serve customers beside giving a deaf ear when customers assistance or request instead of just walked away into the kitchen.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and all daily necessities are provided. The shower gel is also very fragrant and pleasant to use. I personally love the hotel's breakfast; there are many delicious options, and I highly recommend it. It's not expensive and is located right in the city center. Kuching Waterfront Park and surrounding shopping markets are just downstairs and within easy walking distance. Plus, there are beautiful river views to enjoy.

Pullman Miri Waterfront Great location by the waterfront, close to shops and food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, many with nice sea views. Staff are friendly and facilities like the pool and gym are good. Cleanliness and maintenance can be inconsistent, and food is average for the price. Overall, a good choice for leisure or short trips if you value location and space.

My colleagues and I stayed in the Family Suite A for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience was overall very satisfying. Cleanliness: Housekeeping maintained the room nicely throughout our stay. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room felt tidy and pleasant. Facilities: The hotel offers good facilities, and the parking was easy to access. Wi-Fi connection was acceptable for basic work and browsing. Location: Strategically located with easy access to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and places around Bintulu. Very practical for work trips. Service: The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and any requests we made were attended to promptly. Overall: A comfortable and spacious option for colleagues travelling together. Good value for money and a convenient stay for work-related trips. We would consider staying here again.
