Beautiful hotel. Single room a little too small. Really accurate and precise service with towel change in the evening and room check. Only negative note they didn't call me for the wake up call even though I recommended it... I hope next time they give me a bigger room đ
Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty.
Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport
Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new.
Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic.
There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.
I had a wonderful stay â the rooms were spotless, the staff attentive, and every detail made me feel welcome.
The atmosphere was relaxing, with excellent service, delicious food, and top-notch amenities.
We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience. The rooms were beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The food and hospitality were really outstanding and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Tunisia. đđđđđ

Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell.
Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers đ„
Breakfast is delicious, especially pomegranate jam, I like it very much, the waiter can send breakfast to the room, eat breakfast on the balcony, and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine and blue! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the room is very beautiful, not far from the hotel is the favorite web cafe. In short, if you give me a reason to come back to Tunisia, I will come to book this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserIt is not bad to live here and chill would be the best choice in Ramadan even. It is not bad to live here and chill would be the best choice in Ramadan even.
é«é«The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotelâs parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Donât take this liarâs car.
MMohamed Sikander VardaliaProbably the best Mövenpick in the whole of Tunisia.
From check-in to breakfast, room service to check out; all the staff really amazed me by their amazing willingness to help.
Khadija at check-in, special thanks to the awesome service we received from you and your Bell service staff.
Really amazing.
Ameneties are lightyear ahead of the mövenpick in sousse which really needs to be looked at and upgraded.
GGuest UserIf u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but sheâs a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
GGuest UserIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.
AAhdi54Construction work in the hotel at 3am as a lullaby.
And I have to go with the receptionist to see the workers so they can see that a customer complained about the noise.
Welcome to the 6th dimension đ€Šđœ
GGuest UserThe location is good and the receptionist is super helpful. She also speaks really good English. The only sad thing is the breakfast. After I eat the pain au chocolat I have a phobia when I want to buy from the street. I never tasted something so bad..

GGuest UserThe Residence Tunis
My stay at The Residence Tunis was simply exceptional. Nestled along the Mediterranean, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Tunisian charm with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning sea views. Dining is a delight with a variety of exquisite options, especially the fresh seafood at LâOlivier. The Thalasso Spa provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the attentive staff ensure every need is met with a smile. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the private beach, every moment here is pure bliss. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.
