The front desk service is great; they speak some English, and if not, you can use a translation app to communicate. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a good variety. Excellent value for money!"

"This is probably one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in.
Everything is wonderful, and you can feel it in the details – from the scent at the entrance to the high-quality tableware at breakfast.
The service is impeccable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are amazing.
I'd also like to highlight the convenient location.
The outdoor pool is lovely, but in my opinion, there aren't enough sun loungers. The indoor spa area is good, but it would be even better if the pool was heated. The gym is also excellent.
On my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a festive dessert. The next day, before we checked out, some treats were brought to our room. They were already inside when we realized it was a mistake and the gift was meant for other guests. So, you could say they just dangled it in front of us and crushed all our hopes 😂. They could have left it as an apology! Oh well, we're not offended))
The hotel is superb, I highly recommend it!"

"I thought the rooms were great, big, clean, the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, I was woken up by banging outside my window as they thought it wise to build furniture directly outside an occupied room, I would have let it slide, if it didnt happen that evening at 11pm as well, waking me up again.
I had to go tell them to stop, which I found ridiculous. I also specifically booked this hotel for the sauna and swimming pools, which were not usable for 2 out of the 3 days I was there. I understand maintenance are required, but it would have been good to be informed."

"It's small, but it's not bad. The location is a little far from the tourist spot and not within walking distance. However, if there is no particular resistance to taxi use, there is no problem.
Perhaps the school is facing each other, the amount of cars is relatively large until 7:30 in the morning 〜 9, and there is no rotary, so I felt a little inconvenient.
This time it was used for family trips, but if it is a large carry case with children, it is ideal to be able to make a reservation in the building with the elevator. There was a room up to the 3 floor, but it is a little hard if there is no elevator."

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

LLittle BeanPros…
* Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions
* Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts
* Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room.
Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided
Cons…
* Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start
* Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

AAlexIsMak17Good hotel. We consistently dined at the restaurant à la carte, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The only issue was when ordering room service, the restaurant staff mixed up our order, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to remake our dinner. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook the rowing canal, with a balcony. The mini-bar was empty. Housekeeping was daily, with water refills and fresh towels. In the evening, you can relax on the attic terrace. The spa is located in the neighboring 5-star hotel of the same chain (guests get a 50% discount), and it's very good. Breakfasts were excellent, constantly refilled, and the waitstaff quickly cleared everything away. Overall, I recommend this hotel 5/5, it was the best part of our vacation in Uzbekistan.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

AAlexaWakeWe stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site.
The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions.
A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand.
The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully.
Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily.
Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place.
