The hotel is a little older and it lacks a renovation. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Personal was totally overflowed with filling and cleaning the tables. I think you need some more staff. The hotel was presented to us, the room was receptionable, bed, towels, welcome message. Good breakfast, hot shower. The hotel has no parking, but there is a nearby paid parking. The room where I stayed was excellent and well served my needs. Breakfast served on the 3rd floor and well diversified. The photos I posted were taken from the window of 7th floor, in front of the street.

The hotel is clean but more ancient. Working here is not possible because the internet is very bad and unstable. The bed is bad and sounds very much. Shampoo and soaps are not very good, the location is in the centre of Porto Alegre, so it's in the interest of the host. This place is very close to Caxias Airport. The taxi is 36 Brazilian reals. The facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic and can communicate in English without limit. I will choose to stay here next time
