On a business trip to Macau, I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and I'm so glad I finally settled on the Grand Lapa Hotel due to its convenient transportation. The hotel boasts an impressive architectural style and an excellent location with plenty of amenities nearby. The abundant breakfast was particularly satisfying. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist. One day, my room card wouldn't open the door, and it turned out the room lock's battery had died. First, a bellboy accompanied me upstairs to check, and then after about a ten-minute wait, two technicians arrived to fix it, which they did in just a few minutes – very efficient. The bellboy was also very quick and efficient in helping me call a taxi and with my luggage. I brought my own bedding as I was worried about mosquito bites in Macau, but the hotel's bedding was actually very clean. It has the advantages of an older hotel (excellent location) while mostly avoiding the drawbacks (outdated facilities). Although the style is from the 80s or 90s, the carpets and bathroom facilities don't show their age. Great value for money!
The environment is great! Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which saved me a lot of hassle. 😍😍✨
I'm very satisfied! The value for money is excellent too. ✨
The front desk staff even recommend nearby attractions and food, which is truly amazing!
Our stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, shops, and local restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience smooth and enjoyable. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hong Kong.
This hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering a very quiet environment. The rooms are neat and clean, and it seems each room has a different color scheme. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a sea-view room, and the balcony and courtyard faced the Macau Tower directly. The only issue is that there's only one bus that goes directly to the hotel, and it doesn't automatically stop at the hotel's station; you have to press the bell. It seems like other stops don't require this, so maybe I'm just out of touch.
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located, with a variety of dining and entertainment options right downstairs, offering a one-stop solution for food, drinks, and fun, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, with excellent service, making us feel very comfortable.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared a small tent, a footstool, and children's toiletries for the little ones, showing great attention to detail. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and the minibar had a wide selection of snacks that were promptly refilled daily, always meeting the children's little needs.
During our stay, one day my child caught a cold and had to rest in the room. Ordering room service by scanning a QR code was incredibly convenient; the food was delivered quickly and tasted great, solving a big problem for us.
Buying breakfast vouchers for the hotel's buffet directly through Ctrip was also very convenient. There was a wide variety of dishes, and they tasted good, even saving us from needing lunch.
What the kids loved most was the hotel's play area: there's a fantastic Fun Park on the third floor, with discounted entry after 4 PM, where the children had an absolute blast. On the first floor, they could spend a long time playing with the soft gold bricks inside the vintage car, so happy they didn't want to leave.
Overall, during our stay, both the elderly and the children were quite satisfied with the service, hygiene, parent-child facilities, dining, and convenience of travel.
Our Greater Bay Area trip was fantastic, and the Venetian truly exceeded expectations. The moment we stepped in, we were struck by its grandeur and opulent decor. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a scenic view room because it was our child's birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake! It's conveniently located right across from The Londoner and The Parisian, and Wynn Palace is just a short walk further. You can easily get to these places by walking through the hotel's internal walkways. Since we had a child with us, we couldn't use the ground floor connections, but the third floor provides easy access to all areas, with clear signage to guide you – none of that confusing maze some people mention. There are also plenty of dining options on the third floor. If you're up for a bit more walking, you can also stroll to Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) in about ten minutes for more food choices.
This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links, including a bus stop right outside, and many popular attractions within walking distance. During our stay, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, quickly resolving any minor issues. The staff in departments such as the pool and housekeeping were also very friendly. However, the restaurant staff's attitude felt a bit stiff, a stark contrast to the warmth of other departments, and we hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel offering both a great location and excellent service!
Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but the overall hygiene is good. The breakfast is more Western-style, with a decent variety. The soundproofing is excellent; it's not noisy at all, even though it's by the road.
Environment: There are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient.
Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic and can even help call a taxi.
Price: Compared to other hotels, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The location is great, very close to Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel. There are bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The front desk service and luggage storage were both good. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear conversations from next door very clearly. 😊

GGuest UserHere's a very objective review:
**Cons:**
1. **Inconvenient Location:** Getting around isn't easy. The hotel only offers shuttles to Wynn Palace and the Hengqin Port. For anything else, you have to walk about ten minutes to Grand Lisboa Palace, which is not ideal if you have luggage.
2. **Mediocre Environment:** The building itself looks quite basic and is a far cry from the Grand Lisboa Palace (with a 400 price difference).
3. **Cold Pool:** The swimming pool isn't heated; it's cold water.
4. **No Casino:** There's no casino on-site, so if you want to gamble, you'll need to go to Grand Lisboa Palace.
5. **Bad Breakfast:** The breakfast at the cafe was terrible. The rice rolls were cold and hard, and the buffet had fewer than ten dishes – it's not even as good as an Atour Hotel breakfast.
6. **Super Remote:** The location is extremely out of the way and inconvenient.
**Pros:**
1. **Complimentary Wynn Cable Car Tickets:** They provide free tickets for the Wynn cable car.
2. **Convenient Public Transport/Taxis:** There's a bus stop nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi.
3. **Good Service & Clean Rooms:** The service is decent, and the rooms are quite clean.
DDeerailvxingExcellent, excellent! The fragrance is quite strong, and the hotel has been newly renovated with a beautiful, luxurious Bond-style design. The London vibe is very appealing. The only minor issue is that with a high occupancy, service can sometimes be a bit slow, which is something that could be improved. Other than that, everything else is great. Compared to similar-priced rooms in Hong Kong, this offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious and bright. The mall directly beneath the hotel is super convenient. They even prepared a small dessert for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, many of the front desk staff are handsome and beautiful and all very enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back to Macau for another stay if I get the chance!
MM433347****The location is fantastic, making travel super convenient with transport links and a supermarket right outside – no worries about getting around! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a log. The natural light and ventilation were excellent. All the facilities worked perfectly, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze, and they promptly responded to all requests. The hygiene was top-notch, and the toiletries were high-quality. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, truly recommend it to everyone!
GGuest UserI'd heard so much about this place, and I finally got to see and experience it for myself this time. Even though it's been built for a while, the interior is luxurious and very well-maintained, which doesn't detract from the experience at all. The service attitude and facilities are particularly excellent, with great management and well-assigned staff roles. It's incredibly convenient to travel between major hotels like The Londoner and The Venetian, as well as various famous shops. Guests staying here also get unlimited access to the 7th-floor observation deck of the Eiffel Tower. Transportation is also well-organized and very convenient. You can catch a car service from the basement, taxis from outside the lobby on the first floor, and various public buses are available right outside. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious food. All in all, staying here is extremely convenient.
AAnonymous UserThe location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.
Cc1cil1aHad a fantastic stay! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful cleaning lady. She was responsible for our room (06928) for all four nights and was incredibly warm and friendly. Knowing we had two kids, she proactively gave us extra water bottles and tissues, just in case we ran out. Her dedication to her job was truly impressive; she would meticulously check each towel for stains before giving it to us. Even when I told her the bathroom didn't need cleaning, she'd spot dirty areas and kindly ask if we'd like her to clean them. I've never encountered such an exceptional cleaning staff member – so diligent and genuinely caring towards guests. I don't know her name, but she made our stay so much better. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, and on the second floor, there's a Yaohan department store and a food court, making it incredibly convenient. Even if we didn't go out, we could easily spend an entire day enjoying the hotel amenities with the kids.
LLvselaiyinheThe hotel's design is truly unique and stands out in Macau. Both the exterior and interior decor are absolutely stunning. The staff's service level is exceptional, and the rooms are highly intelligent, allowing you to control lights, curtains, and more with a tablet. Plus, most drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to Peter for his incredibly detailed and patient assistance with check-in. He answered all our questions and provided effective solutions, demonstrating excellent service and problem-solving skills.
Before coming, I looked at many hotels in Taipa and meticulously chose the W, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. My previous stay at the W Shanghai was also great.
The location is fantastic. Coming from Hengqin, it's just one light rail stop, and you're right at Studio City when you exit – so convenient!
The room type we picked was also perfect; you can even see the Eiffel Tower from the bed.
