From the lovely welcome - a chilled glass of Cava as we arrived, the wonderful staff at this great little hotel made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel is set in an old tile factory, with beautiful tiles displayed around the building and in every room. An easy stroll into the old town and on bus routes around Mallorca. I can’t remember staying in a hotel where the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind - can’t wait to go back. Gracias, sentimos que hemos hecho nuevos amigos

The location was good, close to the bus stop for the airport direct bus and the bus from Palma, and close to the coast. When I asked them to exchange money, they kindly exchanged money and were very helpful. I would like to use it again when I go again.

The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

Apartamentos Vistasol : Known for its central locations and excellent service, this hotel chain is a favorite among travelers. Guests frequently mention the helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to assist with any request.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

The decor to the various scents in the air, and extremely welcoming staff make you keenly aware that you have chosen the perfect home for your holiday stay. The entire staff offered exceptional service although we enjoyed getting to know Benjamin, Francisco, Jose and April. The level of care provided to make sure we had everything needed was second to none. From island recreational and cultural activities to exceptional dining was highlighted daily. We highly recommend the Can Cera hotel and we would love to return in the future.

The hotel is only 5.7 kilometers away from Mallorca International Airport. It is located in the resort and is the best hotel in the area. Many British and Germans stay there. The balcony of the sea view room can see the sunset of the bay in the west. The swimming pool and breakfast are also very good. Breakfast can be customized. Most of the five-star hotels abroad have four-star environment facilities and four-star three-star services. This one is well deserved. There are live singing performances from 8 to 10 pm. But there are mosquitoes in summer and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent facilities.

I have nothing to say about the hotel. The service facilities and environment are very good. The rooms are large and very clean. The balcony is very spacious and you can see the sea. The indoor spa is also great. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet with many kinds. If you have the chance to come to Mallorca again Ka will stay here again!

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Palma. Staff are so accommodating and welcoming. There is an air of relaxation in the hotel and luxury. The beds and bedlinen are some of the comfiest I have ever had. I did not want to leave. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. We decided to upgrade ourselves to a suit and it was a fabulous room. A lovely little terrace, tonnes of space and wardrobes and a very generous bathroom. A really beautiful room overall. The hairdryer is one of the few I have ever experienced in a hotel that is actually powerful, you do not have to hold down a button and it still had its nozzle. A nice touch. Everything is catered for at this hotel i would highly recommend it

I will admit that I loved my stay here when it comes to the room. They upgraded me to one of the Suites in the corner, which is spacious. They also gave me generous amount of tea, coffee, and water, which is a rarity for hotels of this standards. However, service is more or less lacking for a hotel this caliber. For example, at the restaurant, it took the waiter 20 minutes to come to me and ask, ”Has anyone taken your order?” During breakfast, they forgot my coffee order multiple times. Additionally, I didn't do my due diligence on this, which was clearly my fault... but the hotel is extremely tough to reach with public transportation. The only bus line that goes through here is the Bus No. 7 that runs only once an hour and even that bus is always filled to capacity between the hours of 15:00 and 18:00. This is a hotel that's truly for those who want to get away for everything, so if you're thinking of staying in a hotel that's accessible to all main attractions in Mallorca, this is definitely not the one.

What a fantastic experience. From the location of the hotel, perfectly well located to walk everywhere in the center, to the charming hotel itself...the staff were extremely warm and nice, always at your service to help you with anything you need. The terrace is stunning and the food is extremely tasty and fresh. Besides this, the hotel room is just beautifully decorated, modern but cozy...with everything you need. Another thing I would like to point out is that even thought it is super central, the hotel is very quiet so you can rest super well. Finally...best beds I have ever slept in. I even asked the concierge where I could buy the mattress! Honestly, 10/10 experience. Will be back for sure!

But that does not always translate to an experience that you will never forget. What I am referring to instead is a stay where the overall experience etches in your memory and lasts a lifetime. This hotel is one of those.... Our stay here was a last minute booking (which we did the night before) as our plans to stay in another area of Mallorca had changed. Despite the last minute booking, my wife and I were blown away by the customer service. Upon check in, since we were travelling with a young 5 month old baby, the reception allowed my wife and the baby to head into the room while I completed the formalities. Of course, this was only after the hotel had offered us Cava and coffees in the lovely foyer. The hotel is boutique. So it is quiet and private. It is elegant, charming and one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The courtyard and rooftop bar are very nice areas to relax and/or have a meal/drink. It is all very pleasant to your senses. After a smooth and very friendly check in process, we were struck by the initiative of the hotel to not only place a baby bath tub in our room (a very good quality one might I add) but they also placed a changing station complete with waterproof covering and lots of clean fluffy towels for the little one. But remarkably, we did not tell the hotel we had a baby with us. Prior to check in. This touch of thoughtfulness must have only happened when we walked in to the hotel. It was seamless and unbeknown to us. They had these items placed in our room between the time we were checking in and when we were escorted to our room. As a guest at this hotel, you will receive a WhatsApp contact. You are able to request darn near anything via that 24 hours a day. The response to any request is always positive and swift. On the first night, we decided to stay in since we had a long day. We asked for recommendations for an Italian restaurant. Instead of sending a link to the recommended restaurant, the hotel picked up and delivered an actual hardcopy of the menu to our room! We then asked if the restaurant could do a takeaway, which they normally wouldn't, but due to the reputation of this hotel, the restaurant and hotel were able to arrange a takeaway from a fine dining facility! We placed our order on WhatsApp with our hotel and they handled the rest. On another occasion, we needed a microwave to sterilise some baby bottles. Again this request was made at an unreasonable hour, but we received the microwave in under 15 minutes. After check out, we realised we had left one of our baby bottles in the room. But we were now in Seville. So I contacted the hotel through the same WhatsApp contact, and they immediately arranged for the baby bottle to be delivered to our future hotel in Madrid. It's was unbelievable how quickly this was arranged. Anyway moving on - The room is clea

The Valparaiso Palace is a charming hotel with delightful staff who are friendly attentive and helpful. Whether greeting you on your arrival, down in the lower pool area or up in the restaurant and bar area, all are equally welcoming and ready to help with whatever you would like. As with other guests I spoke to, this was a return visit for us and we enjoyed the gardens and pools in particular when our family joined us. We had several spa treatments and they were first class.

Where to start, wow. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our room, 525, was the best, with jacuzzi and lounge, impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel, they even wash the walls daily. All the staff were super efficient, great banter with the boys in the bar every night, thank you. The breakfast was outstanding, fruit selection fantastic and the poached eggs were the best I have had anywhere, thank you. We had a slight issue, no need to mention what it was, but without doubt it was sorted immediately, thank you for your kindness and understanding. We have already recommended you to our friends back home and hope this review will encourage more guests to stay with you. Keep doing what you are doing because it is perfect, thank you.

Very close to the airport, 10 minutes by car, downstairs is Palma Beach. The sand is generally not very fine, but there are many people swimming and sunbathing. The room I stayed in was not big, but each had a balcony where smoking was allowed. In addition, not every room has a sea view room, you should pay special attention when booking, the sea view is very expensive. The breakfast is very good, there are many kinds of ham. There is also a Chinese restaurant not far away.

The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

This hotel is right by the sea, but not all rooms can see the full sea. There is no beach in this section of the sea is reef, but the scenery is also very good, below is a bike path suitable for running cycling, straight to the city center. The breakfast is rich in variety and is very suitable for vacation.
