Awesome spot and a good deal. Super close, like under 5 minutes walk to the train station, so easy to get to and from Luton. It was a bit loud outside since it was a weekend, which made it tough to sleep. Guess that's what you get for staying in the middle of everything.
Staff were amazing, so helpful, understanding and supportive. Room was nice, lovely view I really the river.
Air conditioning unit, was really dusty and I found lumps of dust on the table beneath it which had fallen from it.

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.
However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable. But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.

To get to the Holiday Inn from Luton Airport by train, you'll need to transfer. After exiting the station, take the A/Z bus from the Hilton Hotel stop for £1.90 to the Holiday Inn stop, and you've arrived.

Service is very bad. One of the worst hotel service I’ve seen.
Receptionist gave me a room. It was pretty cold and air conditioner wasn’t working. I asked receptionist to change my room. She said, they are fully booked which is a lie, still there was three available room. She gave me heater but it didn’t help it. Later on, male receptionist he helped me and changed my room but because of other receptionist I had to sleep one hour less which it was important for me because only reason I stayed in this hotel to sleep well before my flight.

Good location, clean, staff were polite and nice. Bar opens 24/7 which is excellent. Breakfast was good with a nice coffee machine for the start of day. I enjoyed the stay.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton at Luton Airport Parkway and found the experience comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, providing a good night’s rest before travel. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good selection and was well presented. The only minor drawback was that the front desk was unable to assist with storing food, which would have been helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider returning.
We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!

GGuest UserI booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

GGuest UserGood location for an over-nighter, we walked to and from airport in 10 mins. Bus to Luton Parkway also right outside hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself has basic ‘lounge’ area with not too many seats if it was busy but was ok for us. All in all, worth the money, would recommend.
AAlex DuncanThe staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner.
I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable.
As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me.
Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.
