Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. We got upgraded to room with backwaters view. Thanks to the staff who were always welcoming with smile. Buffet was good with widespread options. Their Bangalore dosa and cheese omelette are a must try. Also their inhouse restaurant Meen by Chef pillai must not be missed. Tried their signature dishes suggested by the staff and it was finger licking good.

One of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

Lovely contemporary hotel,location very good,amenities excellent, breakfast and service exemplary. Noteworthy points:inhouse rapid laundry service,inhouse salon,spa. Fitness centre was amply resourced. The front office staff ,house keeping were all great. Names to mention Shaila Shaleem Rajesh Prasobh Many others in the breakfast restaurant who were excellent. Service is what makes it work.

Marriott's hotels are both good hardware and software, and the price in India is not high. Next to Lulu Supermarket, it is convenient to buy things. The hotel's buffet is very good and the price is very high

Cochin was second and it was fine here. I had lunch last time, so I had lunch. The spaghetti I ate at momo café was great.

Really nice hotel, this kind of hotel is in this city, and the price is really good, I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future, and I will have the opportunity to come and play and continue to consider staying here! Become the most comfortable hotel in India

Professional, supportive staff at every level. The hotel was clean and hygienic.Breakfast was awesome.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

The entire experience was a memorable one. We reached early morning as we had to visit the temple. The staff was courteous enough to provide us the spa area to freshen up. Once we checked in, we were welcomed by anniversary decor and cake which was well appreciated. The best part of the entire stay was the view from the room where we could see the entire island with ships passing by, first of its kind experience for us. The evening cruise was well arranged. All in all, an experience that will be in our memories for a long long time.

The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay. There were some negative sides, They have large pool but is not maintained well. The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls. Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

Our recent stay at Fragrant Nature Kochi was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were so cool and comfortable, and the showers were amazing. Room service was always on point, and they even made the room look extra nice. Shalini and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything. They even surprised us with a cake and live music for my daughter's birthday, which made it extra special. The location was perfect, and the tuk-tuk drivers outside were polite and charged fair prices. We loved the breakfast and dinner options too, with a great variety of western, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely be staying at Fragrant Nature Kochi again on our next trip to the city. Thanks for everything!

This is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

The best location and pool cleanliness . The restaurant was very good, we have had multiple stays in kochi but this has been the best ever . Kids loved the pool. The best time to visit is oct- jan when the sunshine is mild and bearable. Do book well in advance as it gets quickly sold out

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something. Well, the last little remark, speaking about the attitude and sensitivity of the staff: we arrived on my husband's birthday and did not even hear the banal ”happy birthday” at the check-in. First time like this. Usually they will at least verbally congratulate, as a maximum they will treat you with cakes)

Amazing quality of stay! we got a room upgrade that was spacious, had a beautiful view, and a clean, well maintained bathroom with a bath tub. The staff was polite and hospitable and they made our stay very comfortable for the short duration of our stay there. The complimentary breakfast was also very pleasant. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we would love to come back again when we visit kochi again!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

No welcome drink which set the tone for bad start. Went for a quick lunch to Mynt before a pre booked city tour and there was nothing quick about it. Ordered ala carte and even though we were told sandwiches could take 20-25 min, we ordered them with time to spare only to be disappointed with one arriving after 35 min and the other as we were ready to leave. This had to be packed as a takeaway. Return to the room after being out to find that there was no turn down service and no replenishment of room supplies. Called to request items and it took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to receive. I am still here for one more night, together with our elderly family members and I can only hope that someone sees this and makes some substantial changes to help redeem our holiday. The only positives so far was the door men, luggage porter at entrance, bell hop and in-person front desk. We did receive a complimentary snack at lunch but would have much preferred a quicker service.

You can feel the essence of Kerala. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Well equipped gym. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nearby beaches and temples. You can have yummy South Indian cousins with other North Indian cousins options and a lot of sweets to relish.

We had a pleasant stay at Gateway Varkala. We were welcomed well, and staff was very friendly and courteous throughout the stay. Rooms were well maintained, and the pool was also good. We were at Varkala to celebrate a birthday, and I requested for a birthday cake. They not only made us a cake in a short notice but also decorated our rooms to our pleasant surprise. I really appreciate the effort put in by the entire staff. The beach is a 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a trail leading to the beach if you walk down the stairs from the garden area. The trail itself is beautiful with a brook flowing by its side and some canopies for shade. It may not be that ideal when it gets dark though. The food at the restaurant could have been better. Breakfast could have had a few more choices, and the signature dishes preparation could have been a bit better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Gateway Varkala to people looking for a good place to stay near Varkala beach.

Recently we want for a weekend to Varkala. We have been going to Varkala for weekend getaways for the past 5 years… unfortunately we never knew of this beautiful place before-BCanti Beach Resort. It is a very beautifully laid out property next to the beach. We stayed in their highest category room with the best view of the ocean. The cleanliness and comfort was exceptional beyond doubt, but what stands out even more is their food. They have an amazing team of chefs who dish out such authentic delicacies. Cherry on the top, what is most important for anyone I guess, is their warm hospitality. If you are planning stay at Varkala, just don’t think twice- BCanti is the best there.

The stay here was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so kind, attentive, and friendly. From check in to check out, we felt welcomed and supported every step of the way. The resort was beautiful and well kept. The service was incredible and anything we needed, the staff were on top of it. We also left one of our items behind after we left, and the manager Seban was extremely helpful in couriering it back to us immediately. The food was delicious and the servers were always conscientious of our order as we have a tree nut allergy. They ensured all the food was safe for us to eat and even offered to cook our meals separately to ensure no cross contamination. Overall, this experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here.

we have enjoyed peace and tranquillity in the hotel but there are quite a few issues to address. we have stayed in three luxury hotels during our holiday in India and this is our least favourite. negatives: the receptionist needs training, communication is really poor (as a non-Indian). there was a festival during our stay and that would've been a great opportunity to soak up real Indian culture. I called the reception a few times over two days, asking what the noise was and they just said there was a festival. I do not understand why we have not been given more information and possibly offered a cultural experience. I say this because on our first day, I read a brochure in the room that promotes integrating in the village; offering biking, milking a cow, fishing etc and when I went to the reception, I was told they do not offer any of these-why is it in the brochure then? clearly we would've loved to have spent time learning about the area. WARNING: huge container port is the back drop of the restaurant and the pool area. you will eventually get use to the sight but what a shame that it is there! due to activity of the port, the water is choppy and the red flag has been up all the time. the unmanned BAR is not welcoming, again shame-this would've been a great opportunity for the guests to spend money in the hotel. positives: the SPA is great, the masseuses are very experienced and the doctors are very engaging. do not miss using this facility while you're here. food at the restaurant is great, the chef comes out to speak to the guests. they have cooked us personalised meal on our last night, which is a good touch. lovely well kept surrounding, full of bird life and coconut trees. we loved the traditional villas and it is very clean! the question is, would we come back?

Good experience, food was so good, staff is also so good. We visited the two beaches near by hotel Hawaii Beach and light house beach and we can see the beach front the room also location was very good and my child was enjoyed the pool he was very happy with the stay
