The location of Naomi Studio Wellington Hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel counter are professional and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The decoration of the hotel is retro and beautiful. It is highly recommended.

Building old and in need of renovations. No parking for all the guests and if you lucky to get a parking it’s $50 per day! Restaurant fully booked both nights… No hot water in the shower had to go find a Manager to assist. Overall Not bad, but not what we expected from the pictures on the website

My flight was cancelled and had to book this hotel since it is located within the airport. Would consider this as one of the better airport hotels whenever I travel. Recommend staying here especially if you have an early morning departure or late night arrival.

Average experience: 1. The room is in the attic, which I was not informed of before, and it was very depressing to live in; 2. There was no sign at the door, so the room was not cleaned; 3. They knocked on the door at 9 o'clock on the day of check-out to urge check-out, and the cleaning was not so active; 4. The room was dimly lit and there were too few tables and chairs. The location is good, but the room price of about 800 yuan with the above shortcomings does not feel worth it

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ibis! It was close enough to walk wherever I wanted and safe! Taxis,etc right outside the front door. You can eat downstairs at the restaurant or have a cocktail! Would definitely stay again. Reservation desk and all employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

O M G. The staff are so lovely, the room was perfect for our overnight stay. The ladies at the front desk were super busy when we checked in but still managed a smile for everyone. The bussiness however meant that we weren't told about the charge for parking. We were happy to pay because secure overnight parking is hard to come by, but it was a surprise when the gentleman checking us out advised of it. (It does say about the charge on the back of the paper that goes in your car windscreen, however after being mucked around by our initial hotel, we were in too much of a rush to get sorted for the concert we were attending that we didn't even think to read it)

Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

The breakfast has fewer types than Hilton, but the quality is okay, 35nzd is half price for a child (my family is 3 and a half years old), and the hotel helps with parking for 40nzd, which is still very convenient. After all, the hotels in Wellington are basically not easy to park, after all, the city center is very expensive. Looking out from the hotel is the Petone bay, very clean, will definitely stay here again next time I come back.

I stayed 2 night, the location was great. Parking was handy. Shower was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the coffee machine, fridge at breakfast time. Close to shops.

we had a very good experience staying at this motel. the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. we had all the amenities required to make our stay comfortable. the parking was right outside our room. the shower had the right pressure and the bathroom roomy and very clean. highly recommended.

Not much to say all was good staff helpful hotel clean and reasonable quite, nice view of somes island, pity about the weather but that's Wellington (Petone).

The room is so good every thing is fine but expect the wifi connection is really bad. Slow sometimes is not working that the problem but everything is so perfect thanks alot🥰

非常非常棒的住宿體驗，環境一流，真的很新西蘭蘭。 住宿當天我們出了一個小插曲，郵輪的原因我們半夜才能到，我們衹能聯繫酒店幫忙安排房間，待到抵達的時候，房間的燈是亮着的，讓我們一眼就找到了自己的房間，而且房間裏空調也提早打開了，真的太有心了，很感動。 決定以後衹要去威靈頓一定會住這裏了，不會選擇其他了。

It's a nice place to spend a night. A drink in the bar before dinner helps. I don't know much about the food as I had a pizza only. An average meal. Oh, the conference facilities are good.

We booked a two-bedroom suite. Strictly speaking, it is OK. There are more flies here. Because we feel that there are more flies, we close the door after it is finished. It is very hot! Everything else is good! The equipment space is just right!

Great motel. Older style but clean and fresh. Full sized 2 bedroom unit with comfortable beds. Full kitchen, great if not wanting to eat out all the time. Towels replaced daily. Could not fault this place at all.
