Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten gleich die Zimmer beziehen. Diese hatten eine Verbindungtür. Nebenan im Zimmer war es sehr laut mit Musik, Gespräch usw. Obwohl wir 2 Zimmer gebucht hatten waren diese nicht nebeneinander was den Lärm wohl optimiert hätte. Im Restaurant war es, wie draußen, mega kalt und wir mussten zunächst drum bitten die Tür zu schließen und die Anlage auf warm zu stellen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Top Gym, Sauna netten Personal gutem Frühstück. Kommen trotzdem wieder.

El Hotel Luxsur es un hermoso hotel. La piscina panorámica es una belleza, la habitación que nos tocó amplia y cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno y con una excelente vista del río incluyendo el puente San Roque Gonzalez que conecta Encarnación con Posadas,Argentina. Los empleados en general son muy amables. El estacionamiento es bien amplio a unos 50 metros del hotel. No le doy 5 por dos motivos: uno es la ubicación ya que queda a unos mil metros de la playa y el segundo es porque noto cierta dejadez en el mobiliario. Había ido por primera vez hace 10 años cuando ,por lo visto,se había inaugurado recientemente y ahora se nota el paso del tiempo. Le daría una calificación de 4,5 si pudiera.

The hotel was great, but there was little things throughout the stay that made it not so great. There was an outlet cover missing and there were loud people outside drinking until after midnight. The shower door leaked, and the water didn't drain well from the bathroom floor. This left us with a wet towel in the bathroom floor. The chairs are limited around the pool, and most often there wasn't a lot of people, but all the chairs had towels reserving them. There were a few other little things that were minor but aggregating. It's unfortunate, because it would take very much to have made it a perfect vacation.

Clean and care of all the staff. very good. This is very close to the center ... A few squares of the gallery coastal shopping that has just opened .... eye park 7000 guaranies .... very ampmio parking ... which is the problem .... don't pay it still very missing is shopping ... because are 5 floors and it is only hanilated the first floor t some locals above all food, with outlets to all the main arteries fast ..... clothing is accessible for Argentine ... now good food is a little expensive ..... the rest very well super recommended
