I arrived at the hotel in the early morning and checked in. As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the sunrise view of the Strait! The room is spacious and luxurious, no matter in the living room or bedroom, the scenery of the Strait is unobstructed. The Italian restaurant's oysters, pizzas and pasta are unexpectedly delicious and the service is in place.

The hotel is really nice and room is so comfortable and clean. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants to try Turkish or Italian food, as well as yummy room service. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Highly recommend!
I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel with its breathtaking Bosphorus view. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful, and the spa team was not only professional but also very friendly, making the experience even more relaxing.
The rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional, offering both a stunning view and delicious food – the sushi and meat platters were outstanding. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The lobby, with its elegant atmosphere and view, was also a highlight.
During our stay, we celebrated my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake prepared by the chefs. This thoughtful gesture made the day unforgettable. Every morning, the attentive waitress would kindly serve me hot water along with my dry apricots – a small detail that meant a lot to me.
Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back!
Our stay at JW Marriott was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautifully managed — elegant, comfortable, and full of warmth.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Büșra at the reception. She went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. Her kindness, sincerity, and thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply.
A very special thank you to Ms. Hazal , the Assistant Reception Manager. You showed incredible professionalism, kindness, and genuine care throughout our stay.
It’s rare to meet staff who truly make you feel at home, but Büșra and Hazal did exactly that. Their sincerity and attention to detail reflect the true spirit of JW Marriott.
Thank you to the entire management and team for making our stay perfect — we can’t wait to return again soon

Excellent hotel with a prime location right on the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, a great stay — perfect for travelers who want both convenience and comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment we arrived, I knew this place was special. Amanual welcomed us at the entrance and personally took us to reception such a lovely touch. It’s always the small details that make the difference.
Our room was beautiful, high ceilings, elegant design, and an incredible view over the water. I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. You can tell there’s real attention to detail here.
The pool is stunning, probably the best in Istanbul and the breakfast was just as impressive. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the pastries were excellent (whoever the chef is, he’s doing a wonderful job).
I’d also highly recommend having dinner or at least drinks at Josephine Restaurant in the evening. The view, the atmosphere, the service everything was perfect.
It’s rare to find a hotel that feels both luxurious and personal, but Rixos Tersane manages to do exactly that. A beautiful stay from start to finish.
Our stay at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus was absolutely incredible, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that truly made us feel welcome.
The location is ideal, offering easy access to both the historic and modern sides of Istanbul. The hotel is beautifully situated near the Bosphorus, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with modern touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom luxurious, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate throughout our stay.
The service at Conrad Istanbul is top notch, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Whether it was at the reception, concierge, or restaurant, the level of detail and personal attention was outstanding.
Breakfast was another highlight, a lavish buffet with a wide variety of Turkish and international dishes, all beautifully presented. The terrace restaurant offers stunning views of the Bosphorus, making each morning feel special.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive, from the elegant lobby and rooftop lounge to the spa, pool, and fitness center, everything reflects Conrad’s world class standards.
Overall, Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Istanbul. The combination of elegant interiors, stunning views, and impeccable service made our visit truly memorable.
Highly recommended! A true 5-star experience in every way.
A female front desk staff was quite rude to us. we requested twin bed when we made the booking but they didn't inform us the twin bed room is not available until we arrived hotel. they could have at least inform us before we check in.
they said the next grade has twin bed available with additional cost of €150 per night. then we told them we got jade membership and asked whether we could have upgrade with this. they then said our membership is not eligible for this room upgrade. anyway, they offered a free upgrade to us at the end but told us we couldn't use other benefits from the jade membership , e.g. complimentary breakfast....
not sure how this jade membership works , feels like everything is not eligible and only subject to their mood

The room was very clean! There is a small bar right outside the door. It is especially recommended for people who come to Istanbul on their first day. You can consider moving to the old town later. The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!
The service is good, thumbs up.
But the price is over 20,000 per night, the cost performance is really bad. I booked the Sultan Suite, thinking it was a sea view, but it turned out to be a side view of the sea. Can it still be called a sea view room?
If it is a front view, you have to add another 30,000.
Over 20,000 per night, not as good as the Bulgari in China, which is less than 10,000.
This hotel doesn't seem to like Ctrip and Qunar in China, and it's very difficult to communicate about things

Amazing
GGuest UserIts location was super convenient for the exhibition I was attending. However, there weren't many hot food options available. On the bright side, if you're watching your diet, working out, or trying to lose weight, they offer a good selection of proteins, vegetables, and fruits.
IIrinaThe personal in hotel nice and friendly. The room was okey , a bit small but quiet. The location was a bit complicated for us. As we had 1 year old baby and my mom with painful knee it was really hard to walk all that up and down every day from the hotel to the main locations in old city . And somehow even taxi couldn’t come to the hotel, explaining that some roads are closed. My poor mom should walk up a lot just to return to the hotel. For us as a family we were thinking that it will be easier to stay in old city and easier to go to all locations but honestly it was not good decision. The hotels in that area very expensive and just not worthy. So much ups and down. But if you don’t have with you small kids and old people the place can be very good for you . From the top of the hotel you can see a beautiful view. And breakfasts very good as well .
AArtemit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people.
Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport.
Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)
GGuest UserBig hotel in center of old town. Good connections on tram, metro, bus. I booked a premium twin room with lounge access. But the front desk got different booking details. So it took a while to clarify it. Also I asked a quiet room and double checked with the hotel reception. But the first room was very noisy because it was facing the tramline right in front of it. Luckily, another staff asked me how was the room and I complained on the noise. He helped me to change the room to a quiet area one. Then we could enjoy our stay. We also visited lounge there the staff was nice and kind. It was a perfect snack and pre drink before our dinner out. And the breakfast service was good too. They even packed breakfast for our early flights. Overall, it was a great stay in the old city.
NNztommyI met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul.
They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.

SSamir Aminethe guy at the reception is a gem , he is a very nice person, helpful and very professional. The room was big enough, very clean and have a view on the bosphore. very close to the tram station Cemberlitas. i will be back for my next trip to Istambul.
AAHAMADOU LAHI'm very happy to have spent the day at this hotel; it's very well located, 500 meters from the metro, a very lively area with many restaurants.
GGuest UserHotel staffs are super polite and friendly. They’ve offered us tea and coffee due to a delay during check in even though it was just for a short time. Later we asked some print outs for my daughter’s homework and they helped us without charging any additional fee. Our room was a bit noisy and they helped us to change to a quieter room immediately. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to airport. There’s also a restaurant just next to hotel if you prefer to try kebabs at cheaper prices compared to downtown. They also serve breakfast. Hotel also offers a wide selection of options for meals at reasonable prices. However, I haven’t tried the food due to poor ventilation at restaurant area. Maybe they just cleaned and there was detergent smell which is unhealthy to breathe in.
GGuest UserGreat appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!
