The excess is $5,500 for basic cover, which could be even more, depending on each case. Excess can be reduced; third-party insurance is cheaper but can be a bit tricky. The Platinum insurance with Bargain is more expensive but should cover more. It's best to call Bargain and discuss options, or risk it.
