Picking up the car at the airport counter was very convenient; the staff communicated in English and provided guidance on picking up, inspecting, and returning the car. The staff were very friendly, and overall, the car rental experience was excellent. The car had GPS to help with road conditions and guide you to your destination. The car was clean.

The car rental process is handled in the domestic terminal next to the international terminal, and the car pick-up is very close to the parking lot. The counter staff and parking attendants were proactive and friendly, providing detailed explanations. The staff at the pick-up counter even spoke some Japanese, which helped communicate with our older companions and ensured they understood the procedures – highly recommended! Although the car wasn't new, it was kept clean and comfortable for everyone. We were six adults with two 29-inch suitcases, four 24-inch suitcases, and two 20-inch suitcases. While the rear luggage couldn't fit everything, smaller items fit easily in the aisle, allowing us to smoothly transport our luggage throughout the trip. We were also very impressed with the performance of Korean cars; they handled both mountain and coastal terrain with ease. It was a wonderful trip, thank you!
