The experience was great. The car was new and comfortable to drive. Returning the car was very convenient; I just parked it, waited for someone to come and check it, and then left. It was the car I had reserved. The staff were also very helpful.

Picking up the car was very convenient; there were no hidden fees or insurance sales pitches. So many people rented cars that day that they probably met their sales targets.

This company is large, offers affordable prices, and the vehicles are very new. I rented it from the Marriott Hotel service point at the airport; the car was right outside the hotel, making pick-up and drop-off convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including a ride to the airport. I booked a Volvo CX-90, but changed it to an Infiniti CQ-60… 7 seats.

We absolutely had to rent the best GLE in the world. We developed a real attachment to it; we drove for ten days, visiting Yellowstone, Salt Lake City, Horseshoe Bend, and Lower Antelope Canyon. It already feels like home.

At the LA airport arrivals exit, wait for the shuttle bus (to your rental car) at the purple pillar pick-up point to the rental center. Hertz regular members can go directly to the fifth-floor lobby to queue for check-in, while Gold members can check in on the second-floor pickup floor. The signage is very clear, and it's convenient for everyone. For returning the car, go to the LV rental center. Just follow the "Rental Car Return" signs on your navigation app. Hertz is located in the second-floor parking lot. If you're in a hurry, just lock the key in the RV. Remember to record a video of the return as a backup. You'll receive a confirmation email within ten minutes.

The dealership was excellent, and they gave me a brand new car. I got a 2026 Volkswagen Atlas. Everything was brand new, although the wait was a little long.

This was my first time renting a car in California, and I was surprised how simple the process was. I had registered for Hertz Gold membership beforehand, so the process was quick and easy. I paid a $200 deposit and was able to pick up the car at the Gold member selection area. The Nissan Altima's trunk is truly spacious; it could fit two 28-inch and two 20-inch cars, plus several soft-sided bags. The car was very new, with just over 30,000 kilometers on it, and had a backup camera and blind spot monitoring lights. The interior was also very clean! Returning the car was almost effortless. I filled up the tank, drove back, left the keys inside, packed my things, and left. My deposit was refunded the next day – incredibly fast! This rental experience was great! 👍

We were assigned a Hyundai 7-seater, which was very new and in good overall condition, having only driven 19,999 miles. We rented the car in Los Angeles and returned it in San Francisco. The Hertz counter staff were very helpful in finding us many discounts. One-way rental fees were not included in the order and would incur an additional charge. Thank you.
