This company is large, offers affordable prices, and the vehicles are very new. I rented it from the Marriott Hotel service point at the airport; the car was right outside the hotel, making pick-up and drop-off convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including a ride to the airport. I booked a Volvo CX-90, but changed it to an Infiniti CQ-60… 7 seats.

We absolutely had to rent the best GLE in the world. We developed a real attachment to it; we drove for ten days, visiting Yellowstone, Salt Lake City, Horseshoe Bend, and Lower Antelope Canyon. It already feels like home.

The car is in excellent condition, practically new. It has a large cargo space; with the third-row seats folded down, it can fit 4-5 suitcases. It has everything you need, including a head-up display and a reversing camera. It's very easy to drive.

Overall, it was very convenient. It took less than 10 minutes by shuttle bus to get there, and to return the car, you could just park it there. It came with a full tank of gas. Aside from my mistake of renting an oversized car, everything else was perfect.

I was very satisfied with the car rental experience. The car was a brand new GLE with less than 100 miles, parked in the reserved area. When I picked it up, they asked if I wanted to purchase additional insurance. After I explained that I already had it and didn't need to add anything, they didn't say anything else, completed the formalities, and gave me the keys. Returning the car was simple: just park it in the return area and leave the keys in the car.

To rent a car, you need to take a shuttle bus to a building near the airport. It's quite convenient. The paperwork was smooth, and to return the car, you just drive it into the building and leave the keys inside. This is my second time renting a car through Ctrip.
