The car was in perfect condition and I really enjoyed driving it. The only drawback is the location of the car hire "villages" at quite some distance from the terminals - the shuttles work fine, but it takes a lot of extra time, that you don't necessarily have before your flight.

A little bit disorganised at LHR Enterprise Office but once "checked in", all fine. First car was not cleaned but the employee quickly found another car that was available and this was in excellent condition. All damage was explained and no pushy salesperson tactic to purchase insurance from Enterprise. Seamless drop off also - would use again!
