I recently rented a car and was impressed by the ease of the pick-up and return process. It was all very fast and practical, without unnecessary bureaucracy, which saved me a lot of time. Despite this, I thought that the car itself was not the youngest, which affected the experience a little. Overall, it was a positive experience, but the age of the vehicle is something to consider.

Tried this rental company for the weekend and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Received the car in new, good condition, and it was clean. The staff was also pleasant to deal with, and they spoke well in Chinese & English. The company provided a pickup service between KLIA1/2 and the car pickup point, depending where your flight is arriving or departing from. Take note however that they’re unable to perform a credit card hold on your deposit as they dont have the handheld payment machine ready yet. As such, customers will need to transfer the deposit amount of RM500 via bank transfer or Touch & Go QR transfer upon receiving the car. After returning the car, customers will need to wait ~15-16 days to receive back their RM500 deposit in their bank or Touch & Go account, provided that there are no claims for damages, or summons charged by the rental company (which I didnt have as I drove safely and followed traffic rules). All was good at the end and was satisfied with the service!

The car is very new and good condition. And also very clean. Service is also nice with good mindset. Pick us up at terminal 2 as the Rental office is at Terminal1. Amd also lend us the charger Adaper and handphone clippernwithout any additional charge. It is convenience for us.

This rental experience was truly excellent. The car was brand new, barely scratched, and drove very powerfully. As soon as we landed, someone came to pick us up at the dealership, making the entire process very convenient. When returning the car, they even offered to drive us to the airport and give us extra time, which was very thoughtful. Customer service was always available, and the overall experience was excellent.

Awesome rental services. The staff went beyond the extra mile to keep in touch with me. They also can accommodate my request for a different location to pick up and return. The car i get was also upgraded to a newer model therefore everything inside was very clean. They provide with the touch n go card also in case you don’t have any. It have been a pleasant experience using this rental company!
