Bari Car Rentals

I can only say that I was very lucky. I encountered a very good pick-up counter and the people at the airport counter were also very nice. However, the car I got at first was in average condition and they gave me a manual transmission car. Later I asked the pick-up counter to help me exchange it for another one.

Excellent / The car I got was not as pictured, but luckily I got a better one than what I booked. The Peugeot drives very well, like the best. The staff explained clearly to the counter staff and the staff who returned the car. 10/10 The car rental counter is in Bari airport, but when returning the car, it is outside.

Great price, easy collection and drop off. Great selection of cars to suit all budgets. Definitely worth considering as I would use them again.

It was easy to pickup, but not next to Bari Centrale train station. We walked from stazione to the location easy enough. Found bus #22 stop just outside the door to get us back to the stazione for €1.50 per person after drop-off, definitely worth it. The drop-off was simple. With the car ee were able to find a great little restaurant in Matera and a beautiful sunset in Giovinazzo. Enjoy Italy!!!

After landing, there was a long line to rent a car, so expect a long wait. Note that you'll need to pay a €500 credit card deposit for each day's rental, but it's refundable within three days if there are no issues returning the car. Also, if you pay €73 upfront, you don't have to return the car with a full tank of gas. However, since I only drove to Matera and Mushroom House, I opted to fill up the tank before returning the car, which only cost a little over €20. In the end, I got a €73 refund.

Car was brand new! Pick up was easy because we had an international drivers license. Had a to walk down the street to pick up. Drop of was easy!
